This is my vlog channel (the original channel being- Mehr Ganguly) and I post videos on my daily trysts with fitness, food, fashion, skincare, and productivity. As of 2022, I am an RYT 200hr Yoga Teacher and gearing up for my 300hrs. I create content full-time, write about human design and other nuances on mehrganguly.com, and often pack my bag and leave for a trip. I am also a huge anthropology and marine bio nerd!

I turned 32 today! So happy that I get to celebrate my birthday on Yoga day. 🧘♀️
This whole year was extremely transformative. So much has happened and this was a year when I really got disciplined and formed habits that will last a lifetime.
