Hey everybody, I know it's been a while, but I actually have a video that I was planning to post today! Unfortunately, Mother Nature threw a wrench in my plan and we're hitting the road. I'm taking the family inland a bit, so for those of you asking, we're all good. Hopefully, the storm comes down a notch or two on the way in.

Either way, once we're settled, I'll be able to get the video out which will be a nice change of pace from what's been going on here.

Mission Side Hustle

These last two weeks have been some of the most challenging I've gone through in quite some time.

It took longer than expected, and it happened in a way I didn't initially plan, but real estate is coming to the channel very soon.

During the closing, preparation, and moving process, my whole family and I have been so sick that it felt like we'd never get through it at times. But, there's a light at the end of the tunnel and I'm looking forward to getting the video done on it. Probably still going to be a bit as I'm set back pretty far, but it's coming!

Adding real estate to the mix is really going to accelerate things here and I can't wait to share the journey 🙌

Good news / Bad news:

Good news: Just finished our first ever vacation without kids in 6 years and had an incredible time.

Bad news: I'm backed way up on video editing, filming, flipping, pretty much everything.

Mission Side Hustle

In the last two weeks I've spent over $22,000 for what's to come in the next couple of videos. I really have some great vlogs comings, some of what I think is the best we've done yet. The result though, is that I've been way in over my head with getting everything done.

If it was just the hustling, no problem. But when you add in the filming, editing, outside work, rental property issues, and a gaggle of sick kids/family...not even I can handle all that at once 💀

Anyway, you all are great. I love sharing this journey with this community and I don't want to put out subpar content just to put a video out on time. Seriously, this has certainly become my passion over the years and you all deserve my best.

Next video will be done soon. I think what's to come is pretty big because it sets us up for continued growth as well as the ability to expand in our more forgotten hustles from the past 🙌

Hey everybody, this month has been one thing after another. As you may know, I live in the St. Petersburg area and we might be taking one on the chin this week. I've been putting a lot of prep into getting our home ready for the storm. We're leaving town today so hopefully will come back to everything in one piece.

Anyway, just wanted to provide a little context for when I say, I got diddly squat for edited videos right now. Lots of footage, just need to put it all together. In a few days I should be able to have an update video about my first month with the new warehouse and everything though.

I know I said I'd be posting twice a week this month but I have been SLAMMED since making this move and getting the truckloads in.
