I want to start by saying how moved and grateful I am for the feedback and the personal messages I've received from people who've watched and stated that they could relate and that the message resonated. Thank you for sharing how life has been living you. Again, let me remind you that if you are here, you are right where you are supposed to be, everything is going to be okay, maybe not right now maybe not today, but you are seen. You are valued, you are loved, and you are enough. Together we can peel back the layers of the trauma that has been binding us in chains.
