I'm a singer, songwriter, composer, producer, and lifelong student of healing and personal growth. Almost two decades ago, I began exploring ways to heal from trauma, reduce stress, and create a deeper sense of peace and well-being.
Through that journey, I discovered the power of sound, music, and healing frequencies. These practices became an important part of my own transformation and inspired me to create the music you find here today.
My intention is to create immersive soundscapes that support meditation, sleep, relaxation, focus, creativity, movement, and self-discovery. Whether you're seeking stillness, restoration, inspiration, or simply a moment to breathe, I hope this music helps you reconnect with yourself.

Iāve missed you!
Iāve been in the middle of a huge life transition, moving across several states and working hard to get my new studio up and running so I can finally return to our regular live healing sessions. Itās been a challenging season, but also one filled with a lot of change, creativity, and new beginnings.
Without a studio to do what I normally do, Iāve had the unexpected gift of time to revisit some unfinished creative projects.
Andā¦ as resistant as I was to making a music video largely with AI, I finally gave it a try.
I have to say, the experience has been kind of incredible.
As an independent musician, a video like this would normally take me at least a month of working nearly every dayāand require coordinating an entire production. This one took about a week, and for the first time I was able to take these huge, cinematic ideas living in my imagination and actually bring them to life from a little camper van.
That feels pretty wild.
I know AI in art is a complicated conversation, and I understand why. Iāll always be a human artist first. Iāll always sing, write, play, create, perform, film, and make things in the real world. That part of me isnāt going anywhere.
But Iām also realizing that this can be another tool in the creative toolboxāone that might finally help me share music Iāve been sitting on for YEARS because, if you know me, you know Iām a little bit of a āgo big or go homeā girl when it comes to visuals. š
I have nearly 20 finished songs waiting for their moment.
Maybe now they wonāt have to wait quite so long.
I wonāt make every video this way. But when the story calls for something larger than what I could realistically create on my own, Iām excited to see where this new creative door leads.
