My name is Lara Lark. I am a singer, songwriter, composer, producer, and I love producing music videos.

I was drawn to the healing arts over 15 years ago. I was on a quest to find ways to aid my mental health, and cope with trauma. I’ve learned many powerful healing modalities to work through trauma, familial issues, and bad patterns.
Once I introduced healing frequencies into my wellness regimen, I finally began to heal on a much deeper level. I pray the frequencies help you too.

My hope is to provide you with an experience and the space for you to go deeper—in meditation, movement, work, study or just being still.

My mission is to Inspire you to live your best life. I want to help you, my friend and listener, to feel strong, empowered, peaceful, and feel a stronger connection to Self.
