Oasis - The Working Class Hero

We’ve recreated another classic ‪@oasisinetofficial‬ single cover from the ‪@Microdot‬ years (1994-1998).

Part 2 revealed… **Shakermaker**. 👊

And yes — we did build ourselves a house out of plasticine.

The idea behind the original artwork was that Oasis were playing so loud, the music melted everything in the room. The back cover shows everything normal, while for the front cover the plastic objects were actually melted with an industrial blowtorch and put back into position.

No Photoshop. They genuinely melted the lot. 🔥

Sleeve concept, design & art direction: Brian Cannon / Microdot

Oasis - The Working Class Hero

We’ve recreated this classic ‪@oasisinetofficial‬ single cover from the ‪@Microdot‬ years (1994-1998).

Our first ever reveal is here… Supersonic. 👊

And yes - the Chinese meal was a nod to the story that Noel reportedly wrote Supersonic in the time it took the band to eat a Chinese takeaway.

How close did we get?
