Well a little update on the ankle, as you can see I have a nice scar forming along with pins holding the broken bones together.
We now have an aircast boot for 4 weeks till we go back to the hospital.
Things are moving in the right direction hopefully 🙏
Thanks for your continued support, Adventures with Ken will be wombling again at some point, but more gentle walks for a while.

A little update: I headed to the Lake District on Friday, it all started well as we headed up the mountain ⛰️ but on the way down I took a fall and sadly have broke my ankle so Adventures with Ken are going to be out of action for a while, I have a few pre-recorded videos to share over the coming weeks so please bare with me.
I will be back out wombling in due course, peace ✌🏻 and love 💕 to you all.
