I've created a bunch of Unity tools over the years and have put them on git for easy installation. (Also, I'm not dead)

Auto Save - Creates periodic saves of the scene you're working on. Similar to git versioning.
Steam Generator - Generates strongly-typed data structures for your steam game in the form of IReadOnlyDictionarys with enum keys.
USS Style Generator - Looks for USS classes in stylesheets and generates strongly-typed constants.
USS File Watcher & Compiler - Write your UI Toolkit styles in Sass, Less or Stylus and automatically compile them into usable .uss files.
While I was always confident that the new fee system would undergo multiple iterations to achieve fairness, it's heartening to witness the impact of a passionate, united community.
In my view, Unity Engine stands as the premier engine, particularly for programmers. Like any extensive software suite, it has its shortcomings, but these are outweighed by its advantages. To those developers who have opted for other engines, I wish you all the best. I hope that my insights into general game design and programming will continue to be of value to you, regardless of the platform you choose.
For those who have decided to stay with Unity - let's get it! 💪
How about a series that dives into a variety of programming topics? I'll be covering a range of subjects suitable for both beginners and advanced programmers. In this particular installment, we'll explore the fundamentals of inheritance in C#, including how to effectively utilize the abstract, virtual, override, and sealed keywords.
It's worth noting that inheritance isn't always the best solution; sometimes composition is a more appropriate choice. Could this be a topic for another installment? Like the post if you'd enjoy more of this 🙂
Unity now has a full first-party multiplayer solution. Handle every aspect of your online game with Unity-built tools. Solutions like synced save data, inventory management, real-time gameplay, economy management, etc.
I made a brief overview here to get you across some of the awesome features.
