Welcome friends to a New Workout π This Beginner Pilates routine emphasizes upper body strength, core toning, bone density health, posture resiliency, and lower body sculpting: a Full Body Workout β€οΈ Throughout the workout, there are various Pilates exercises that target specific parts of the body in a combined effort to support the total body; there are also a few rounds of walking with weights; this interval training promotes both steady consistent training while conditioning the body in a stress relief atmosphere: Mind, Body, Soulful connections.
