Following many request from viewers, we have been looking into the sudden appearance of a Temporary Danger Area above Islington, London. Having spoken to the police team responsible for the trial, it appears the TDA was not placed at the request of police. NPCC BVLOS team quote:
‘A Temporary Danger Area (TDA) has been put in place over a police trial by the CAA, but not at the request of the police. We are working with the CAA to find a more pragmatic position around the closure of airspace and will update you once we know more’.
