Hi, welcome to chriszuko, my name is Chris Zukowski ( I go by Zuko for short ) I have developing video games for 12+ years and have been making this wonderful musical sandbox game called Mix Universe as a side project for 5+ of those.
The videos on this channel vary from Unreal Tutorials, Mix Universe Updates, and Art. My skillset is very wide which makes it hard for me to split the individual disciplines into their own channels. Maybe one day, but for now, expect that this is what the channel is! :)

I went into focus mode for the last few months folks.
A year ago, I released Mix Universe into early access. It has improved so much already and I am excited to share all the new things on August 15th!!

Upload frequency is going to be likely closer to 3 shorts a week along with uploads of the mixes made in the previous shorts. This is to prioritize more dev-time on the game vs playing it. Right now shorts seems to be the best way to grow.
Good news is I have a bit more time now for Mix Universe development than before which is awesome! (Details about this in the future!)
Finally, the gameplay event system I've been building is finally in-place and has replaced the original tutorial now completely which means I can design the rest of them now without building things from scratch! It's exciting and also taking longer than anticipated ofc.
I appreciate the patience folks!

Slowly but surely, I am building a playlist of mixes from the daily vibes and other shorts.
A lot of folks have requested putting some of the vibes on spotify, but honestly... I see more of a benefit going through youtube at the moment as the channel grows! If you get Mix Universe, you can check out these as I upload them to the workshop / incorporate them into the game as well.
Keeping up with registering a mix and uploading to cdbaby / distrokid or w/e to get them on spotify is a ton of overhead I don't have the bandwidth for yet.
THAT BEING SAID. Things are changing on my end and there's a chance I "could" have more time in the future! :)

Pushed a hotfix today along with a quick update about tutorial progress (Hopefully I'll have more details soon on when I expect the next update to be), also you can find the workshop items for a few of the today's vibe mixes along with other fellow mixonaut's mixes.

I honestly almost gave up on shorts until the last 40 days of posting vids started actually growing.
This to me is wild going from an avg of 100 views or less to now an average closer to 2-5k with outliers around 10-20k.
I still dont understand it fully, I feel like some of the older videos would do much better now if I reposted them, but ima keep posting vibes.
