I've listened to the feedback which states I often speak too fast in my videos. I am naturally a fast speaker so it can feel a bit awkward to slow it down. The next 4 videos are my attempt to try a slower pace. I would appreciate your feedback once they are out on whether the speed works better. Thanks again for all of your support! 💕❤️💕

Hello Mindset Therapy Family! Unfortunately, it was been 3 weeks since I have been able to post a video. I was hospitalized for back pain and that turned into the need for an urgent back surgery. The good news is, I will be discharged tomorrow! Starting next week, I will be back on schedule of posting a new video every Tuesday. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
