Start your new year with these four things;

1. Go to war with the army you have, not with the army you want.

Sometimes waiting for the best people in your team hinders many progressive actions.
Start with the people you have, eventually they can turns out to be the people you want.
Stop waiting for best people, it delays.

2. Keep quiet, let your results speak.
Don't be under pressure to impress anyone, don't prove things without results.
Whenever people want you to speak, keep quiet, allow your results speak instead.
Our results explain better than our voices.

3. Don't be CHARISMATIC without CHARACTER.
Until people proved that you're worth working with, they can't trust you yet.
The best of a man is not about what they possess but through their character.
Character is the true virtue of men.

4. Flee toxic circles.
You connection will determine your collection. You're always a product of the community of people you walk with.
Your progress will be held back when there's no right people beside you.
