Deep in the mountains of Tamba, Hyogo, stands a small, solitary bakery called Yamane Bakery.
From savory breads filled with her homemade fillings to dessert-like Danish pastries, more than 40 kinds of bread line the shelves—all baked by Chef Yamane herself, working completely solo. 🍞🥪🥐
Originally from Osaka, Chef Yamane trained at the popular bakery Boulangerie gout to pursue her dream of becoming a baker, and later opened her own shop here in Tamba. 🧑‍🍳
