Tony here, and thanks for swinging by SourceShield. I'm currently in my 6th year on my personal health journey. Surprisingly, after year 1, the journey turned into a spiritual journey. A journey to not only become the best version of myself, but to be an example to my children, friends and family of what God Source can help an individual achieve. I lost 97lbs, quit drinking alcohol, stopped chewing tabbacco, altered my eating habits, and where I placed my attention.
