I attended a 2 day Japanese home baking class at the San Francisco Baking Institute 🍞 As a long time baking enthusiast, this was my first time taking a professional course and it was truly a treat! From fluffy milkbread to jiggly cheesecakes, we covered all the basics of Japanese baking and I left with boxes upon boxes of baked goodies!
