⚡️ This program can be completed at home or advanced at the gym, as a warm up OR a full / complete workout!
📝 The goal is to complete the whole challenge but 🗣️ MOVE AT YOUR OWN PACE!!
⚡️ Participating in this challenge is easy! - 🗓️Every Day at 0000hrs the fitness challenge will be posted/bumped in the group stating the current day! ( ex. Day 1, Day 2 etc ) This allows each participant the full 24hrs to complete the challenge!
- ✔️Check in daily that you have completed the exercises! This can be a photo 📸 , video 🎥 , or just a ✅ in the comments/ group chat of the current days photo!
- 🗣️ Any attempt counts! Don’t feel obligated to hit the suggested reps! DO WHAT YOU CAN! ANY ATTEMPT COUNTS AS A DAY!
- 🗣️ MODIFY!!! MODIFY!!! MODIFY!!!! And don’t forget to switch it up!!!! For Example: You may choose to complete jumping jacks instead of skip rope
OR For more of a challenge you may combine 2 exercises in one!
