I am back again. I couldn't post till now. I didn't find time. So thought to post. This is a kind of improvement. I will try to upload a videos. But can't confirm 100%.
Today update.
1) Wake up st 6:30 went to gym by 7:00 am.
2) today was my leg 🦵 day. I love leg day guys.
3) I took some rest after coming from gym.
4) I started working since that time.
5) I went to my friend son's child birthday. So It took a lot of time.
6) I am still working.
