The Twiolins are the pioneers of the new wave of ‚progressive classical music‘ and cause worldwide sensations and excitement in the concert halls. Ear pleasing harmonies, broad melodic lines and eccentric pulsating rhythms are the trademarks of their music, merging classical, avant-garde, minimalist music and pop-art-pop into a new sonic sound universe.
Every three years The Twiolins are searching for new music and encourage heroic composers of our times to participate in the Progressive Classical Music Award: With passionate music, full of excitement and creativity they try to win over the audience. With their three CD VIRTUOSO, SUNFIRE and SECRET PLACES the Twiolins present the award winners of the Progressive Classical Music Award 2009 to 2015.
