Faith is “the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1). And Scripture asks, “Who hopes for what they already have?” (Romans 8:24).

Our hope is in Christ and in the eternal life He has promised. Our faith is seen in how we trust Him, obey Him, and walk with Him while we wait. But one day, when we stand in His presence, hope will be fulfilled because we will already possess what we were hoping for. Faith will become sight.

But love will never end.

Love is the greatest because it is eternal. It is God’s very nature (1 John 4:8), and it is what we will continue to live in forever. Faith and hope serve their purpose in this life, but love remains for all eternity.

“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13

If you woke up today with breath in your lungs, it’s not too late.

It doesn’t matter where you’re at or what you’ve done. It doesn’t matter how far you’ve wandered or how many times you’ve fallen. If you’re still breathing, God is still calling.

“The gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” — Romans 11:29

God hasn’t changed His mind about the purpose He created you for. His grace is greater than your past, and His mercy is new every morning.

Today, you can choose to respond. Today, you can choose obedience. Today, you can take the next step and walk in the calling God has placed on your life.

It’s never too late if you’re still breathing.

Jesus didn’t merely claim to exist before Abraham He claimed to be the eternal God.

When Moses asked God, “Who shall I say sent me?” God replied, “I AM WHO I AM… Tell them, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” (Exodus 3:14)

Then in John 8:58, Jesus declared, “Before Abraham was, I AM.”

Notice what He didn’t say. He didn’t say, “Before Abraham was, I was.” He deliberately said, “I AM” identifying Himself with the very name God revealed to Moses.

The Pharisees understood exactly what Jesus was claiming. That’s why the very next verse says they picked up stones to stone Him. They recognized that He was claiming equality with God, and they considered it blasphemy.

Jesus wasn’t just claiming to be older than Abraham. He was declaring that He is the eternal, self existent “I AM.”

“Jesus said to them, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.’” — John 8:58

No matter what you’re facing today, remember this: God is sovereign. He is in complete control. Nothing catches Him by surprise. He sees what you can’t see, knows what you don’t know, and is working even when you can’t feel it.

Be still. Trust Him. He can handle what you’re worried about, and He knows exactly what He’s doing.

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” — Romans 8:28

People say, You cant make your kids stop listening to bad music. If you tell them no, theyll just do it anyway.

Nooo!!

As parents, our job isnt to guarantee our childrens choices. It is to faithfully lead, teach, correct, protect, and set godly boundaries.

Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6

These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Deuteronomy 6:6 7

He who spares his rod hates his son, but he who loves him disciplines him promptly. Proverbs 13:24

Some parents say, Id rather my kids smoke and drink at the house than somewhere else.

That mindset misses the point.

Children may choose to rebel, but that does not remove a parents God given responsibility to instruct them. God calls parents to raise their children, not surrender to their sinful desires.

Discipline your children, for in that there is hope. Do not be a willing party to their death. Proverbs 19:18 NIV

And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord. Ephesians 6:4

The music they listen to, the movies they watch, the shows they binge, the influencers they follow, the friends they keep, and the content they consume all shape their hearts, minds, and values.

Scripture says, Bad company corrupts good morals. 1 Corinthians 15:33. If the people we surround ourselves with influence us, how much more can the voices we listen to and the content we consume for hours every day?

The Bible also tells us

Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23

I will set nothing wicked before my eyes. Psalm 101:3

We cant control every decision our children will make, but we are responsible for what we knowingly allow in our homes and what we teach them to value.

Parents, dont surrender your responsibility simply because rebellion is possible. Love your children enough to lead them, correct them, pray for them, and point them to Christ. They may still choose their own path, but dont neglect the responsibility God has entrusted to you. #truth #facts #preach #jesus #god

It’s no coincidence that throughout history, music has had incredible influence over people. Scripture tells us that Satan rebelled against God and led other angels into rebellion (Revelation 12:4 is understood by many Christians to symbolize a third of the angels). Today, our culture often elevates celebrities and musicians to idol status. Even a show called American Idol reflects how easily people can become captivated by fame.

I know because I lived it. My role models were Trick Daddy, DMX, Tupac, and gangsters from movies like Scarface. I wanted to be like them. I chased the lifestyle they glorified, and it led me exactly where it often leads jail, addiction, and a broken life.

Then one day, sitting alone in a jail cell, I opened a Bible. I met Jesus for who He really is. He became my role model. Instead of asking, “How can I be more like the world?” I started asking, “How can I be more like Christ?” That’s when everything began to change.

Parents, be careful what you allow to influence your children. Music, movies, social media, celebrities, and the people they admire all shape the heart. My parents did the best they could. They weren’t perfect, but they pointed me to Jesus. The truth is, I had a rebellious heart. I ignored their wisdom and chose my own path. But because they planted God’s Word in my heart, when my life finally fell apart, I knew where to run. I ran to Jesus.

Today, I have the privilege of going back into the very prisons where I once belonged not as an inmate, but as a messenger of the hope I found in Jesus Christ.

Be careful what you allow to influence your children, because what influences them today may shape who they become tomorrow.

Christian parents, please pay attention to what your daughters are listening to.

Artists like Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B, Beyoncé and many more have songs that promote values contrary to Scripture, including sexual immorality, using sexuality for personal gain, materialism, and relationships centered on status or wealth.

One popular or uplifting song doesn’t erase the messages in other songs they make, and streaming playlists often recommend more of an artist’s catalog. That’s why it’s wise to know what your children are regularly being exposed to. In the Bible it teaches that Satan was really good at making music.

The Bible tells us to guard our hearts because everything we do flows from them (Proverbs 4:23). Let’s be intentional about what we allow to shape the hearts and minds of the next generation. #truth #facts #jesus #god #music
