DAY 40 - BACK TO THE STREETS This weekend, I went back into the streets again. To test something. Am I still young-looking?
I played the game again:
"For £500, can you guess my age?"
I wanted to test the progress. Not online. Not through a camera. In real life.
GOING HOME I am travelling home now. But where is home? After nearly 8 years away from Britain, I realise something strange: I now have two homes. Slovakia changed my life. But the UK still lives inside me. And when I hear British voices, something wakes up in me. I feel alive again.
THE PROBLEM Playing this game in London is dangerous for me. Because people here know me. Not personally. But culturally. We grew up in the same environment. The same language. The same energy. The same references. It is much harder to hide your age from your own people. And that is what shocked me.
THE RESULT The reactions this weekend were unbelievable. Much stronger than I expected. And now I have even more questions.

I was too focused on building and working for my clients to properly maintain my own anti-ageing routines. But this is also part of my own development.

But how do you actually meditate? You connect to the Big 4:
time space energy matter
You feel your body. That is energy and matter. You feel where you are. That is space. You feel the moment you are in. That is time. That is it. That is connection.
No noise. No distraction. No thinking about the past or the future. Just awareness. Big topic. Not for today.

DAY 32 - DO NOT LIE I live by 12 principles. These are the areas of life I focus on every day. It is not easy. But the fight to live by these principles is the very thing that helps me win. I started living this way at 17. No one gave me a rule book. Life handed it to me.
Principle No.10 - Do not lie
This is one of the hardest principles. And one of the most underestimated.
I remember my mother. She used to tell me how my father lied. How it made her life miserable. I saw it. I felt it. I cried for many days watching her suffer. That stayed with me. So I made a decision early in life: I will not live that way. At first, it was simple. I believed that if I did not lie, I would have a happier life. But as I got older, I realised something deeper.
THE TRUTH ABOUT LYING If you lie, your mind knows. And when your mind knows, it stops trusting you. So when you say:
"I can do this" "I am strong" "I will get better"
Your mind answers: "No, you won't."
Not because it is impossible. But because it does not believe you.
THE COST Lying creates resistance. Inside you. You have to fight yourself just to move forward. That drains energy. That drains focus. That drains your health. Everything is still possible. But everything becomes harder.
THE ADVANTAGE When you tell the truth, your words carry weight. When you say: "I will do this" your mind believes you. And when your mind believes you, you follow through.
You run when you said you would run. You fast when you said you would fast. You rest when you said you would rest.
It is easier to do what you say you're going to do.
And that consistency… is what keeps you strong, healthy, and younger-looking.
Principle No.10 - Do not lie
Save your energy. Use it to build. Use it to repair. Do not waste it fighting yourself. Because some goals are already hard enough. Do not make them harder.
In fact, I can feel myself deliberately trying to break them.
This is not weakness. This is strategy. Because stepping away helps me reset. It clears the mind. It removes pressure. It brings balance. And when I return… I come back stronger.
Today is not about discipline. Today is about family. THE BALANCE If you want to stay consistent long-term, you cannot be extreme all the time. You need moments to breathe. Moments to reset. This is mine. Tomorrow, I go again. (To be continued)

DAY 30 - BELIEF SYSTEMS Real success comes from feeding your mind with as much self-belief and positivity as possible. That is not easy. You open your eyes, look around, and the world can fill your mind with negativity. So what do you do?
You switch it off. And you switch on to something that builds you.
We are talking about how to stay young-looking, young-feeling, and young-behaving. This post will make more sense if you have read Parts 1 to 3.
When I was bankrupt and homeless, I had to rebuild my life. So I created a character I could believe in. I became that character when things were difficult. I called it HulkRising. That belief helped me act. It helped me move. It helped me rebuild.
Also, during the pandemic, I lost that edge again. I felt my body deteriorating faster than normal. So I had to rebuild my belief system. This time, I chose something different. I chose a symbol. A product I could believe in.

Asking random people on the street is my way of testing how well my anti-ageing methods and philosophies are working.
People always ask me...
"How do you stay so young-looking?"
I can only tell you what I do.

The third part is also about belief. When you believe in yourself and the symbols around you, you can do incredible things with your mind.
Do you think eating well and exercising alone will keep you looking young? No, one of the other top things you must do is believe in yourself (very hard to do when society constantly tells you that you are limited). You can counter this society's brainwashing by brainwashing your own mind. This mind tool really is where the magic happens. I brainwash myself constantly with my own beliefs, not society's. If you could hear the things I tell myself, you would be shocked.
Have you heard the term PLACEBO EFFECT? This is how you allow your mind to connect to your body, and this is how you win in life. You can only win in life if you have a healthy body and a healthy mind. If you do not have your health, all of the success in the world feels meaningless. Unless you have loved ones to pass all the things you gathered up in life, if you measure success this way.
You must find your placebo and make sure it does you no harm. I found mine. I can only tell you what I do. I am not a doctor or a scientist. I am just someone who has unlocked the secrets to living and to life. This final stage of my life will be the most amazing.
DAY 28 - THE ANSWER STARTS TO FORM If you have been reading these posts carefully, You already know what I think about meditation.
Principle No.11 - Meditation
This is how I find answers. But here is the truth, I was searching for something without even knowing the question.
After COVID, I knew one thing: I needed to get my body and mind back to full strength.
My instinct said: Eat better. But that is not easy. Busy life. Limited time. No one is preparing perfect meals for me. So I had to find my own solution.
THE REALISATION Food is simple. It is just: nutrients (macronutrients, micronutrients) fibre water I get enough fibre. I get enough water. I get enough macronutrients (protein, fats, carbohydrates) So what was missing? Enough micronutrients.
THE SHIFT My partner's cousin Hana kept posting about natural foods, and something else: A shortcut. Whole-food nutrition. We spoke. I listened. And I trusted Hana. So I tested it. I have now used these supplements for nearly 3 years. Why? Because I fast. I run. And in my 50s, I am not convinced I am getting everything I need.
THE LOGIC If I am constantly telling my body to: repair rebuild recover Then I need to give it the building blocks to do it. That is what this is. And right now, it is working for me.
A WARNING Do not sit back and watch this for years and say afterwards: "Maybe he had a point." Start now. Meditate. Listen. Pay attention. Your body is always speaking. And sometimes, a sugar craving is not a weakness. It is a signal. I do not crave sugar anymore. That did not happen by accident.

DAY 27 — THIS IS THE BATTLEFIELD The more we battle through life… the sharper we become. Let me explain.
Today was a battle. No meditation. No run. Even though it was a running day. I was tired. Mondays and Tuesdays hit hard. But here's the truth:
The battle is necessary.
It is better to battle than not to battle at all. Because if you stay comfortable… You will pay for it later. And for many people, That payment comes in the form of one of the "Big 5".
THE BIG 5 Cardiovascular disease Cancer Type 2 diabetes Neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's) Musculoskeletal degeneration (osteoporosis, osteoarthritis) One of these tried to get me.
During COVID… I slowed down. And I felt something change. I listened to my body. I heard it. I saw it. I felt it coming. My father once told me what killed his father. One of the Big 5. So I went looking for answers. And I found something… Sugar. For decades I consumed processed sugar daily. I didn't know the damage. And my lifestyle kept it quiet... until I slowed down.
Let me say this clearly: If you are not battling sugar… It will battle you.

Asking random people on the street is my way of testing how well my anti-ageing methods and philosophies are working.
People always ask me...
"How do you stay so young-looking?"
I can only tell you what I do.
Staying young-looking naturally is about three things: belief, discipline, and never giving up. I discussed "The Battlefield" on Day 27. I really hope you paid attention to that (this is about discipline and never giving up).

The third part is also about belief. When you believe in yourself and the symbols around you, you can do incredible things with your mind.
Do you think eating well and exercising alone will keep you looking young? No, one of the other top things you must do is believe in yourself (very hard to do when society constantly tells you that you are limited). You can counter this society's brainwashing by brainwashing your own mind. This mind tool really is where the magic happens. I brainwash myself constantly with my own beliefs, not society's. If you could hear the things I tell myself, you would be shocked.
Have you heard the term PLACEBO EFFECT? This is how you allow your mind to connect to your body, and this is how you win in life. You can only win in life if you have a healthy body and a healthy mind. If you do not have your health, all of the success in the world feels meaningless. Unless you have loved ones to pass all the things you gathered up in life, if you measure success this way.
You must find your placebo and make sure it does you no harm. I found mine. I can only tell you what I do. I am not a doctor or a scientist. I am just someone who has unlocked the secrets to living and to life. This final stage of my life will be the most amazing.

DAY 28 - THE ANSWER STARTS TO FORM
If you have been reading these posts carefully,
You already know what I think about meditation.
Principle No.11 - Meditation
This is how I find answers.
But here is the truth,
I was searching for something
without even knowing the question.
After COVID,
I knew one thing:
I needed to get my body and mind
back to full strength.
My instinct said:
Eat better.
But that is not easy.
Busy life.
Limited time.
No one is preparing perfect meals for me.
So I had to find my own solution.
THE REALISATION
Food is simple.
It is just:
nutrients (macronutrients, micronutrients)
fibre
water
I get enough fibre.
I get enough water.
I get enough macronutrients (protein, fats, carbohydrates)
So what was missing?
Enough micronutrients.
THE SHIFT
My partner's cousin Hana
kept posting about natural foods,
and something else:
A shortcut.
Whole-food nutrition.
We spoke.
I listened.
And I trusted Hana.
So I tested it.
I have now used these supplements
for nearly 3 years.
Why?
Because I fast.
I run.
And in my 50s,
I am not convinced I am getting
everything I need.
THE LOGIC
If I am constantly telling my body to:
repair
rebuild
recover
Then I need to give it
the building blocks to do it.
That is what this is.
And right now,

DAY 27 — THIS IS THE BATTLEFIELD
The more we battle through life…
the sharper we become.
Let me explain.
Today was a battle.
No meditation.
No run.
Even though it was a running day.
I was tired.
Mondays and Tuesdays hit hard.
But here's the truth:
The battle is necessary.
It is better to battle
than not to battle at all.
Because if you stay comfortable…
You will pay for it later.
And for many people,
That payment comes in the form of
one of the "Big 5".
THE BIG 5
Cardiovascular disease
Cancer
Type 2 diabetes
Neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's)
Musculoskeletal degeneration (osteoporosis, osteoarthritis)
One of these tried to get me.
During COVID…
I slowed down.
And I felt something change.
I listened to my body.
I heard it.
I saw it.
I felt it coming.
My father once told me
what killed his father.
One of the Big 5.
So I went looking for answers.
And I found something…
Sugar.
For decades
I consumed processed sugar daily.
I didn't know the damage.
And my lifestyle kept it quiet...
until I slowed down.
Let me say this clearly:
If you are not battling sugar…
It will battle you.
At age 51…
I ended up at the doctor's.
He gave me a stack of pills.
I took two.
My body rejected them.
I threw the rest away.
Because I knew what I needed:
Running
Fasting
Meditation
Meditation gave me clarity.
And the answer came

My body needed

I believe I am in control.
