I am on an adventure to find ways to slow down the ageing process. I think I am winning. I am half a century older than my young daughter, so I must find the fountain of youth. Email benbuttonadventures@gmail.com
An early start does not automatically create a productive day. More hours awake can create the feeling you should achieve more, even when the body has already done enough.
Low energy days don’t come from one bad habit. They come from stacking small drains: short sleep, long work, late caffeine, no recovery. The body keeps the score even when discipline continues.
Woke up at 07:30 Sleep roughly 6 hours No meditation Fasted until 17:30 Not a running day No physical training Full work day, difficult Energy very low, needed another coffee Hardest moment: staying awake in the evening First meal at 17:30 Took Whole Food Nutrition Supplement at 17:30 Went to bed early at 21:30

Whole-food supplements taken (mental strength).

Not perfect

FIELD NOTE — DAY 02
Right now… still not there.
€1,000 “Guess My Age” is coming.
This is the build up.
Sleep broken — Bedtime 3:30am got up before 9am.
Body slow all day.
No run.
No fast.
No meditation.
Food was off — soup, bread, cake.
No structure. Forgot to take whole-food nutrition capsules. I needed those today
Worked on video — voice message promo pushed to Facebook.
Slight cough.
Feel off. Look off.
Day 2 — not sharp. Even forgot to post this field note. This is a terrible day. I do not want a repeat of this in the near future.
LESSON
Lack of sleep, again.

Plus whole food supplement — covering the gaps.
Meditation late.
