Hi everyone, small hair salons does suffer lots and based on many reasons.... reason number one, small salons / barber shop has no concrete plans, no blue prints for their vision and for their salons.... many of them even wouldn't know who's their clients and if you don't know your clients then you wouldn't know how to hire right person to work for you! with no vision and no plans its like the person in big city try to find a house with no address in hand and no map to follow!... they goes round and round nothing than just wasting time and money.
