If you want 1 million followers - you have to learn to love being hated. To love the days your content flops. To love creating when you’re tired, when you have a baby on your lap, when you’re not in the mood.
If you want a big team - you have to learn to love hiring and firing. To love managing chaos and people at the same time.
If you want financial freedom - you have to love discipline.
