Beautiful Wild Hearts 💙

I know so many of us have felt many emotions seeing the Epstein files released. I had to go deep within myself to process the many emotions I felt. I channeled this transmission at that time and wanted to share it with you. I want you to imagine, just for a moment, that you are a grand piano.

Every key, every string, every beam of your structure was crafted for harmony. You were built to resonate with beauty. That is your natural state. Not anxiety. Not fear. Not overwhelm. Harmony.

But over time, dust begins to settle. Fear. Judgment. Old stories. Sharp noises from the outside world. Chaotic headlines. Dissonant relationships. Collective grief. It all lands gently at first, and then gradually, the music begins to sound a little off key.

Nothing is wrong with you. You are simply not harmonized fully within.

In the transmission we spoke about the whales. I see them as master tuners, holding vast knowledge and healing many grids. Sacredness beings singing across the oceans, reminding us of our original resonance. Their song is not random. It is calibration. It is memory. It is love woven into sound.

You do not need to fight the noise of the world. You simply need to come home to you, to tune yourself.

When a piano is well cared for, it does not strain to make beautiful music. It simply plays. And when you honor your geometry, your nervous system, your emotional field, your sacred body, you begin to broadcast harmony without effort.

This is sovereignty.

As the old, noisy tunes of the past fall away, you are free to play a new symphony. One that is not dictated by fear. One that is not shaped by collapse. One that is guided by love.

The whales are still singing in our oceans.
The Earth is still humming.
And your instrument is still capable of exquisite sound.

Whispers of The Wild

Hello, beautiful and precious Wild Hearts, coming home to the heart amidst the Tides 🌊✨. Has anyone else felt the energies swirling backwards these last few days? It certainly felt as if the cosmos had hit a retrograde button. We are navigating some truly interesting astrological waters right now, with Mercury swimming through Pisces, and the currents are undeniably funky.

As life felt like it was coming at me today, I paused and took a few deep breaths, trying to ground myself back home to peace. I found myself imagining what it is like for those navigating truly challenging, unrelenting issues on a daily basis.

It is interesting, isn't it? When the noise gets loud and the pressure mounts, we actually have very few choices to bring peace to the heart. When all is said and done, we are stripped back to the essentials.

Breath. Home to Self. The long drop from the busy head to the feeling heart. And gratitude for whatever is happening in this single moment.

Because no matter what is happening, the friction is often just the sound of us cracking open, expanding our perspectives to hold more light.

I share this to give you a massive virtual hug and to reassure you: yes, the energies are intense. But no matter what is swirling around you, come home to you. Come home to your breath. Come home to your grateful heart. It will never lead you wrong.

Whispers of The Wild

Hello Wild Hearts, today began with the sacred rhythm of our Prayer for Peace, the gathering we hold every Monday within our Wild Heart Community. It is such a beautiful, intimate weaving of souls, and a truly tender way to begin the week.

I cried happy tears this morning. Balel, our Project Manager in Gaza, sent me photographs of himself setting up a tent we funded through your kindness to ASIRF. He then surprised a mother and her son, Rahma, with this tent, their very first home since they had been living on the streets after her husband passed. She is only 20 years old.

There has been so much devastating news recently, and honestly, witnessing what the power of community can do filled my heart to overflowing. So thank you. I will share more about this tomorrow, as I wish to share the videos and that precious moment of her stepping into her own space with her son.

In this morning's prayer for peace, I chose the black panther, or rather, she chose me as our medicine guide. What a breathtaking power and grace she possesses. I had planned to create a Firehorse Abundance Meditation, but the Jaguar slipped into my bones, and I felt strongly called to create 🐈‍⬛ Deep Sleep Hypnosis for Meeting Your Jaguar Guide (Guided Sleep Meditation Dreaming).

And so I have been creating this since 6 am. It is now 10 pm, and I am tired, so the release will have to wait until tomorrow, but I feel it is worth the wait.

I often say she is one of my favorites. Perhaps they all are, each for its own medicine. Hers is rather beautiful. It is a 3-hour journey, so you can listen for an hour or let her take you into a deep hypnotic sleep. Either way, she will be released tomorrow at 3 pm for you to listen to at bedtime.

I also shared an Arcturian channeling last Wednesday from Rae, which was quite magical. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

How is life for you as we move through February? I can share that I have had to go inwards this week, trying to process the weight of so much occurring around the world. I find that despair often gives birth to something new, and this week, during our ASIRF meeting, we decided to set the intention to get one family off the streets and into a tent with basic essentials.

💛That was Wednesday, and we are all truly delighted that, due to the incredible efforts of Balel, we are providing a tent and essentials for a 20-year-old mother whose husband died. They have nothing to call their own, and by Tuesday of next week, they will have the shelter of a tent, toys for Ahmed, their little boy, food, blankets, and mattresses.

💛The cost for us to do this is $500 per family. We are a 100% volunteer-led organisation, a small yet mighty team, all wishing to help those who feel forgotten regain a sense of worth and meaning in their lives.

💛Her name is Rahma, and her son's name is Arhmed. She was crying happy tears when Balel told her he was going to buy her a tent, blankets, a food parcel, and a few toys for Arhmed, so that she would soon have her own space to rest with her child. If you would like to join us in helping the most neglected and vulnerable, we would love your support.

You are a walking Stargate (A gift from Rae) 🌌✨ Hello beautiful Wild Hearts, I am grateful to have shared the transmission I received. It felt less like words being spoken and more like a beautiful reminder being woken up in my bones.

Rae, our Sister of Light from the Arcturian Collective, came through with a frequency of such pure ease that it felt like taking a deep breath after holding it for a lifetime.

She shared a perspective, a 9th-dimensional view of you, life on earth, that I wished to share.

Imagine, for a moment, that you are not just a human body navigating a chaotic world. Imagine instead that your physical form is a Stargate. On the outside, you look like a finite being, but on the inside? You are a hallway of infinite doors.

Rae reminded us that there are "trillions of universes" residing within your own energetic field. We spend so much time looking outside of ourselves for the magic, for the escape, for the "better timeline." But the Arcturians see us and smile, because they see the Galaxies swirling in our chest.

I'm sorry I have been quieter of late. I have been introspective, and I have come to realize a few things that I wish to share. I feel I have been too busy, spread too thinly, and feel that Divine Council Of Light will come home to Whispers Of The Wild. Our community are cosmic by nature, and therefore if you enjoy the Arcturian meditations, I believe that you will enjoy the transmissions, it can all live happily in one home and therefore I can focus more on Whispers Of the Wild. I am wishing to share my music and film that I have been creating, and this will allow me to do it on 2 channels and not 3 :)

The Fire Horse stands at the edge of your awareness now, its coat the color of a setting sun and its mane a river of rose-gold light that flows like liquid geometry. It speaks to you in the language of the Heart: "Wild Heart, I am the fire that does not burn, but illuminates. I am the speed of your liberation and the stillness of your soul. Tonight, I offer you my back, I offer you my strength, I offer you the Medicine of the Heavenly River." You are starting to realize that all the strength you thought you had to find "out there" is actually the heat in your blood and the wildness in your spirit.

This is a 3-hour meditation journey, though you may choose to do it in one hour if you wish.

This morning, we held our Prayers for Peace within our Wild Heart Community with the medicine of the White Buffalo. I love the connection and the opportunity to turn within together; it is the perfect start to the week. With all that is happening around the world, I would like to share a few words that I wrote for this morning's prayer:

Imagine you are standing on the Great Plains of the Spirit World 🌾. The grass is tall and golden, blowing in a fierce wind. On the horizon, you see a dark wall of clouds. This is the storm of the world: the anger, the shooting, the hunger, the politics. It is loud, it flashes with lightning. Most animals are running away from it, panicked and scattered. But you feel a deep vibration in the ground. Thump, Thump, Thump. Out of the mist steps the White Bison. He is massive, glowing with a soft, pearlescent light. He looks at the storm, and then he looks at you. He nods. He turns his massive head toward the dark clouds and begins to walk, slow and steady, directly into the wind. He invites you to walk beside him. As you step into the shadow of the storm, you realize he emits a field of Peace. The wind howls, but it cannot touch your heart. You are walking through the Collective Pain, but you are not of it. You are bringing the Code of Peace into the center of the chaos. Turn back and see that by walking through it, you have left a trail of light for others to follow.💛

No matter what we may be navigating, it is always more love and not less. To turn within to the sacred place within and find the stillness that always resides.
