Hello Beautiful Wild Hearts,

As we move into the hush of the New Moon in Capricorn, I want to share a reflection that has been quietly unfolding within me during this latest meditation journey.

Imagine a seed resting in frozen Mama Gaia. From the surface, nothing seems to be happening. No movement. No proof. And yet beneath the soil, life is gathering. The seed is not failing or delayed, it is preparing. Winter reminds us that stillness is not stagnation, and that much of our deepest growth happens unseen. To gift ourselves grace in the quiet.

Capricorn carries the wisdom of the mountain. The mountain goat does not rush her climb. She pauses, tests each step, and trusts the path beneath her. Through her, we learn that slow, intentional movement creates lasting strength, and that patience is a form of mastery.

In the quiet cave of this New Moon, you meet your wiser self and plant a single seed, the true intention you are ready to nurture next. Not with force or urgency, but with trust. You whisper, I will not rush you. I trust your timing.

This is the medicine of winter. A remembering that you are already whole, that your dreams are alive within you even when they are resting, and that rest itself is sacred.

Hello, Wild Hearts, I would like to share a few words that I wove together.
🐺The Wolf with the Thorn

Come, sit closer, let me warm your tea as we gather by the fire.

I’ve been thinking today about the creature that lives behind our eyes. You know the one? It is old, and it is loyal, and it is so very tired.

We often mistake this part of our mind for a critic, but I think, in truth, it is a frightened watchdog. It paces the fence line of our soul, back and forth, wearing a deep rut in the dirt of our days. It scans the horizon not for the sunrise, but for the storm. It looks at a stranger, or a sister, or even a mirror, and it does not look for the light; it scans for the crack in the armor, the chip in the cup, the fault in the design.

It judges so swiftly, doesn’t it? “That is wrong. That is dangerous. That is not enough.”

But Wild Hearts, here is the uncomfortable truth: The wolf often bites at the world only because he has a thorn in his own paw.

We scan the world for faults with the exact jagged precision that we judge ourselves. When we feel the world is cold against our skin, it is often because we have forgotten how to tend to our own inner fire. The mind defends so fiercely not because it is cruel, but because it is in pain.

So, how do we find peace in a world that feels heavy?

We do not yell at the watchdog to be quiet. That only makes him bark louder. Instead, we invite him to the fire. We say, “Hush now. You can rest. You do not need to hunt tonight. You need only see the feast.”

Because the feast is already laid out for us, if we are still enough to see it. It is in the plentitude of this beautiful, breathing planet. It is in the gifts of Mother Gaia, piling up in the corners of our lives while we were too busy looking for what was missing.

From the star-dust on the ceiling of the night to the sand on the ocean floors. From the concrete jungles to the emerald forests. From the quiet breath of the barn to the beating of your own heart.

There is love present here. It is woven into the very air, if we choose to see it. If we are still enough to acknowledge what is, instead of allowing the mind to weep for what is not.

So tonight, let us try a gentler magic. When the mind wants to narrow its eyes and find the lack, let us widen our eyes and find the love.

It is present. It is waiting. It is ours.

Hello, beautiful Wild Hearts, love and blessings to you this Monday evening. My heart is so full after gathering this morning with our Wild Heart Community. 🕯️ As you know, we are supporting many who are living in unimaginable conditions. I was talking with a young man that we support on Saturday, and as we talked, I could hear the sound of bombs in the distance, and it went through me in a way that was deeply uncomfortable. I know that being in fear won't help anyone, and so our gathering today was an opportunity to be together, which is always a treat, to connect, and pray.

This meditation is birthed from a recent channeling with Aureon which was both wonderful and wonderFILLED! What if finding your soul’s true treasure was as simple as diving beneath the surface of your thoughts?

I often imagine our inner world as a vast and beautiful ocean. On the surface, life’s storms and waves can feel relentless technology, to-do lists, and the noise of everyday demands crashing into one another. But when we pause, breathe, and allow ourselves to gently float beneath those waves, an entire world of wonder opens up. The deeper we go, the quieter it gets. Eventually, we arrive at a sanctuary, a treasure chest nestled on the sandy floor, shining with the light of our own joy, wisdom, and childlike wonder.

Lately, I have felt a deep, magnetic guidance to tune in and open the channel more frequently. I’ve been waking early and receiving beautiful channellings and a couple of days ago, something came through that I now feel ready to share.

In this intimate session, I connected with the 3i Atlas Consciousness.

The energy was authentically beautiful, vast, structural, and deeply resonant. They shared secrets of the cosmos, reminding us with every phrase: we are not alone. How grateful I am for our community. I enjoyed some time away and now I feel creative and ready to journey deeper inwards this year. I recently shared a transmission from Aureon. As we move into this new energy that is calling us forth, I wish to share a little analogy that’s been beautifully gifted by our cosmic kin, Aureon,

Manifesting our highest visions for 2026 is more than simply making plans with our minds, it’s more like tending the sacred garden of our hearts. Our thoughts, habits, and beliefs are the “soil” where our dreams take root. If we’re planting those dreams in shaky, unsettled ground, like fear, doubt, or old patterns, those seeds can’t truly blossom.

But when we nurture our inner environment, cultivating joy, laughter, and love, it’s like giving our dreams sunlight and fresh water. Laughter and breath are the “garden tools” the secret medicine that help open us to new possibilities and keep our energy flowing.

So our gift to ourselves is more love, more joy and more breath!!!Lets get intentional about the energy we’re bringing to this sacred garden, to our sacred lives.

Take a moment to feel into what you desire, not just think about it, but truly feel its texture and vibe. Envision, laugh, dance, and sing your wildest dreams into being, because together, our collective joy makes the Universe vibrate into something magical.

As we prepare to leave the Year of the Snake, with all of its releasing and letting go, I can feel the excitement building for what’s ahead. In February, we welcome the energy of the Fire Horse, and I’ve been in a deep channelling mode as these new frequencies come through. Now that I’m back in the US, I’m so looking forward to reconnecting with you and our upcoming Ascension Frequency Pathway starting at the end of January.

Hello Beautiful Wild Hearts, I want you to know you’ve been in my heart over the holidays. I hope you’ve found moments to rest, to be with yourself, and to reconnect with the loving presence that lives within you.

In the depths of many feelings I have been moving through this season, I received a message, the most profound and timely I have experienced: clear, comforting, and filled with tremendous love and light. It gifted me not only the love I needed to feel but it gifted me the absolute knowing that I am not navigating anything alone. I know that as a truth but it was beautiful to feel it. It touched and inspired me greatly and from that place I began weaving all the feelings into words and music, and slowly, a meditation was born and a series of songs.

A quiet, simple place. Straw on the ground. Breath in the air. A night so still the stars leaned in. And in that stillness, Light was born, not somewhere grand, not in the crowd, but in a quiet and sacred place.

That story isn’t just something that happened long ago. It is something that keeps happening, again and again, when we let it.

There is a pristine, sacred space, a manger within you.

A sacred space in your beautiful and precious wild heart that was made to hold light. Not something you have to earn, or chase, or prove yourself worthy of.

It is already there. Waiting.

You are the cradle.
You are the one who receives.
You are the place where Love comes quietly to be birthed.

When you rest, when you soften, when you stop doing and simply make space to be, the light returns. Not because you worked for it. But because you remembered to be still and know.

So this Christmas, let yourself come home. Let your breath be the soft straw. Let your body be the stable. Let your soul open like the wide winter sky.

And let Love be birthed again, not just in story, but within you.

May this meditation and music offer you a gentle place to rest, but more than that for the energy within the words and the music to take you home to the sacred within you. To the place where unconditional love resides, for you to return to your center, and to remember just how deeply loved and held you are.

Even when it’s quiet.
Even when it’s hard.
Even when you forget.
