Beautiful Wild Heart, tonight, as we move into Monday, I want to share a prayer I wrote for our Mindful Mondays: A Prayer for Peace. 🕊️

So many of you have shared that you are carrying a lot right now. Challenges in relationships. Hurt caused by the actions of others. Uncertainty about what comes next. That feeling of knowing something needs to change, but perhaps not yet knowing the way forward.

I have thought about you so much this weekend.

Years ago, during one of the richest periods of my life, I studied under Rev. Michael Beckwith at the Agape International Spiritual Center to become an Agape Licensed Practitioner.

It was a deeply transformative time, moving through so many emotions and experiences, individually and collectively. And through all the twists and turns of life, there is one truth I continue to return to:

Love truly is the answer.

The Wild reminds us of this too.

Through changing seasons, storms and stillness, animals and ancient trees, endings and new beginnings, nature continually shows us how to come home to ourselves.

And so tonight, I have created something for you.

At 9:09 PM I am releasing a new short prayer:

“Play This Prayer 🕊️ When You Need Strength.”

I loved creating this. I wanted the images, the animals, the Wild and the prayer itself to feel almost like a hug for the soul.

A reminder that you do not have to have everything figured out tonight.

A reminder that small steps are sacred.

A reminder that your voice matters.

A reminder that even when life feels heavy, the light within you has never left.

And there is something beautiful I want us to celebrate too.

In just 13 hours, our Wild Hearts community raised $360 for the foundation, enough to feed three families for an entire month.

Three families.

That is what small ripples of love can do.

Grandmother Moon and Buck Medicine

The buck does not mourn the crown he loses.
Every winter he watches as his antlers fall. He walks a whole season bare, unarmored, close to the earth. This is a lesson in faith: that even when there is no sign of all that you wish to be birthed into reality, to trust and have faith. The buck is patient, and the magical part being that when they return, they return larger.

This is the medicine of the Buck Moon.
This is the medicine of the Buck, to always and in all ways be with Faith.

As so many move through the twists and turns of life, difficult lessons that test resolve and faith, know that you were never meant to carry last year's weight into this year's growth.

There is something beautiful in the letting go. To know that all that is meant for you will never pass you by. To know that love is the greatest healer and will never lead you wrong.

What you release is not lost, Wild Heart. It nourishes and feeds the ground beneath you, and it makes the room for the stronger thing already rising in you.

Under the July Buck Moon, the Thunder Moon, we sit with the Buck, keeper of strength that moves with grace, and the golden brown fire of Tiger's Eye, the stone of steady courage. We turn to the South, toward confidence and expansion, and we step fully into the next stage of who we are becoming.

The new Buck Moon meditation is remastered and rises this week. If there is something you are holding onto that causes your heart to feel heavy, then surrender it all to love and notice how beautiful it feels to let go.

Let the old crown fall.

Know that all is growing and unfolding in divine timing.

What Are the Divine Codes?

I have been asking myself the very same question. It was one of the most beautiful revelations shared with me during a recent transmission from the Lemurian Grandmothers. Tomorrow, on the 7/7 Portal, it feels like the perfect moment to begin exploring them together.

Alongside the meditation, I have finally decided to release something I have been quietly holding close to my heart.

For more than a year, Rana and her son Baraa slept in a torn tent, stretching bread into meals. Baraa has Down syndrome and the brightest smile you have ever seen.

This month, our team leader Bilal reached them. Not with a program. With food, fruit, clean mattresses, and warm bedding. The simplest things, carried in with love.

He reached Doaa too, a mother living with cancer in a worn tent while her son Joseph fights malnutrition. And Rahma, a young woman who needs oxygen every single day. Her needs are not abstract. Oxygen. Medicine. Food. A steady hand.

Behind every request is a real name. A real family. A real night they have to survive.
This is what your love became this month: shelter, food, bedding, medicine, and monthly support so a family stays steady after the first gift is gone.
This is Love in Action.

Hello beautiful Wild Hearts,

Lunar blessings on this beautiful Strawberry Full Moon tonight, on the eve of my birthday. I just want to take a moment to say how tremendously grateful I am for you. It feels, in this last year, as a community, we have come so far. As we approach four million plays, we’ve launched Quantum Timeline Mastery, Cosmic Soul Blueprint, and the Ascension Frequency Pathway in the last 12 months, and And Still I Rise Foundation has achieved far more than we dreamt possible in terms of our reach and those we have assisted who are most in need. All of this has happened because of you.

All of this has happened because of your love, your shares, your support, and because of your beautiful light. This moon is not a soft moon; it’s a powerful moon, and I, for one, am certainly feeling the energies. Tomorrow, I’m going to take time to be on the farm, to braid the horses’ hair, to photograph the magic of Amitola Care Farm, to be with family, and to contemplate what it is that I wish to carry forward into the second half of this year.
