Yesterday the energies were so tender as the moon moved through her Cancer waters, stirring the old stories that live in our bones. Memory, nourishment, lineage. She doesn’t ask us to be anything other than to be honest with ourselves. Jupiter rises like an old teacher in the east, one of those elders who doesn’t speak until you’re ready to hear. His presence is a slow, steady reminder that expansion begins with acknowledging truth, more than our individual ambition.

When these two meet in the sky, it creates a kind of soft doorway. Not a spectacle. A portal. One you feel rather than see. It pulls you back toward the places inside you that have gone quiet from years of carrying too much or simply being too busy. It invites you to stand still long enough to sense the way your spirit leans toward home.

Winter on the medicine wheel is the North, the realm of deep intuition and ancestral breath. This isn’t a barren season. It’s a time to turn within and its also root season. The kind where the unseen world holds you close and whispers, Return to what is real. Under the snowlit sky, a portal opens at your feet, subtle as deer tracks in fresh snow. It asks you to walk heartward. To let the medicine of the deer teach you the power of gentleness, the kind that sees without pushing and listens without fear.

Energetically, this time asks for one thing: soften the armor. Set down the stories that make your spirit small. The moon pulls your inner tides toward honesty. Jupiter widens your sight just enough for you to realize you’ve known the way all along. You’re standing at the edge of an initiation, not the grand kind with fire and drums, but the quiet kind that changes everything. The self beneath the self is rising. And your sensitivity, your tenderness, your wild softness, these are not something to view as flaws. They are your doorway.

Here is a little practice for you:

When night settles and the world becomes quiet, sit where your body can breathe. Call in your guides, your ancestors, the moon, Jupiter, the ones who have walked with you in this life and many lives. Take one gentle breath. Let your exhale release all that you didn’t know you had.

Then imagine a feather drifting toward your chest, touched with shadow or starlight. Let it settle inside your heart. Feel it integrating and becoming part of your breath, part of your seeing, part of your knowing. This feather is your medicine. Clear sight. Quiet courage. The wisdom of the deer. A reminder that your heart knows the way back.

Stay here for as long as you need. Gift yourself this time until you feel at peace.

And when you rise, walk knowing that your presence matters, because it does. Walk as if your heart is wise, because it is.

Hello Wild Hearts, Why Do You Feel the Call of the Cold Moon?

When the world quiets and the landscape is draped in snow, something within us stirs. Why? There is a subtle alchemy at work in the darkness, a dance between what we carry and what is waiting to be revealed. In this guided meditation that I released tonight, you are invited to approach this season not with certainty, but with wonder, to listen to the gentle questions that open up a doorway in the mind,” the way “moonlight opens a doorway in the dark.”

But what truly awaits on the other side of that doorway? Sometimes, the things we fear or the heaviness we feel are not burdens, but gifted messages, thawing, soft returns to our deepest truth. Imagine the snow leopard gliding silently beside you, patient and reflective, holding space for your transformation. The snow leopard has been walking beside you for months, waiting for the very night your soul steps out from its frost.

A Ritual for the Long Night, An Affirmation for this lunar light.

“I am the warmth within the cold. My quiet is a doorway. Each breath is a lantern, guiding me gently home to myself.”

Why not gift yourself some extra snuggle time this week? Find a moment at dusk. Wrap yourself in soft blankets. Let the ordinary world slip away, the chair, the floor, the steady rhythm of your own breath. Imagine the cold moon leaning in, silver and knowing. Visualize the snow leopard, silent, strong, the keeper of thresholds, approach you, offering wisdom spun of patience and wildness. Hello Wild Hearts, how are you feeling? For those in the USA I hope you have enjoyed some relaxation and time with loved ones. I wished to share with you a few words about our upcoming Lemuria release later on today ‪@divinecounciloflight‬ . It is called LEMURIA: The Great Forgetting & The Whales of Remembrance.

I feel called to share from my heart tonight, I feel so very grateful and yet there is a heaviness in my heart that I can't quite place. I share that with you because sometimes even when the world looks perfect around us we may not always feel our best. Instead of ignoring feelings I feel it is important to come home to ourselves, to find home within yourself wherever you are, the body as a temple for the soul, travel, finding family wherever you go, occupying yourself, connecting to your unwavering infinite depths and the collective oneness.

I feel honoring our emotions is one of our kindest gifts to ourselves. Many of my clients are often incredible in caring for everyone before themselves and not necessarily the greatest at taking time for themselves or honoring their bodies.

And so in this moment I am inviting you to consider how amazing your body is, to consider all that it does and how it makes it possible for you to move through this reality. Often, very intuitive souls exist within the upper chakras and may struggle to feel grounded on Earth, being human!!!

You may not feel like you are from here, as though you are used to navigating realms with different parameters, in form or formless. This is an invitation to be grateful for your body, to enjoy your dreams and all that you wish to experience in this life and to also enjoy being fully grounded and present in the beautiful temple that is your physical home on planet Earth. The more grounded you are here, just like a tree you can grow deeper roots, the deeper the roots, the greater the storm you will withstand, the deeper the roots the higher you can reach up into the heavens.

And so it is Wild Hearts that tomorrow I will share this transmission from the Lemurian Elders, may you snuggle and relax, enjoy their guidance.

Today, I want to share a gentle reminder from the waters of Lemuria, a message that has flowed through me during my journey of channeled connection. You are so loved. In the circle of Lemuria, there is no one above, no one below, only the flow, only the circle, where all are truly equal. The crystalline waters and emerald sands hold your memories, your joy, your uniqueness.

Today in our Sunrise Circle I shared the medicine of the Heron and I would love to share a little of her medicine here with you.

“The Grace of Beginning” 🌿

There is a sacredness to sunrise that cannot be hurried. It teaches us that nothing in nature rushes and yet everything unfolds. The Heron, quiet and steady, carries the medicine of intentional beginnings. She reminds us that the way we enter the day shapes the way the day enters us.

When the world feels loud, she steps slowly.

When the waters ripple, she waits.

When the moment is right, she moves, with purpose, with clarity, with undeniable grace.

Today, she asks you to honor your own timing.

To let your heart set the pace.

To trust that your intuition knows the way before your mind does.

In Indigenous teachings, the Heron is often seen as the keeper of self-reliance and inner knowing. She teaches us to stand in our truth, even when the world pulls us in all directions. She teaches us that strength is quiet, grounded, and rooted in the breath.

You are part of this wisdom.

You belong to this Earth.
You carry the same stillness, the same grace, the same ability to rise at your own rhythm.
Today we learned that beginnings are not tasks — they are thresholds.
Cross them with tenderness.
Cross them with presence.
Cross them with love.

May this teaching stay alive in your heart as you walk softly upon the Earth. 🌙
