Good morning Wild Hearts, love and blessings this Friday morning. In our Sunrise Circle this week I shared these words and I would now love to share them with you.

🌿 The wild does not announce herself with thunder. Sometimes she comes as a mantis at dawn.

Today we tiptoe across the softly kissed grass to meet a most unusual medicine friend. Our teacher today.....the Praying Mantis arrives.

Do you feel her?

She came with the stillness, not the wind.

Her body, a study in sacred geometry, her front legs folded like hands in quiet prayer.

She is the rare one.

She is what stillness looks like when it puts on a body.

Her name is her medicine. She moves slowly because every breath is sacred. She holds time differently than we do. She watches. She listens. And when she finally moves, it is precise, intentional, sacred, and holy.

Mantis is a multidimensional being. Her compound eyes see in directions ours cannot. Her segmented form is a living mandala. She is the bridge between the small kingdom of green leaves and the vast kingdom of prayer.

She has come this morning to remind us of something we have forgotten in our hurried hours, that stillness is not nothing. It is the most active thing in the universe. It is where the next true step is born. From the no-thing to the EVERY-thing.

She whispers, Wild Heart, you do not have to do more. You have to be more here. Be the prayer your body is already shaping.

Something rare is happening in the sky tonight. Beautiful Wild Hearts,
I want to share something beautiful with you.The new moon has just slipped into the embrace of the Pleiades.

The Seven Sisters.

Your cosmic family.

This alignment has not occurred quite like this in a very long time, and the doors it opens are real.

Hello Beautiful Wild Hearts,

Imagine your heart is like a little traveler’s backpack. Over time, we all gather things along the path, old emotions, doubts, sadness, regrets, and the quiet “what ifs” we never fully laid down. Under this Scorpio Moon, we are invited to gently open that backpack and notice what has become too heavy for the heart to keep carrying. The scorpion comes as a sacred guide of truth, helping us see what is ready to be released. The eagle lifts us higher, where the path feels clearer and the story begins to soften. And the phoenix invites us to place the old weight into the sacred bonfire, not to destroy it, but to transform it into warmth, wisdom, and light.

Hello Wild Heart,

How grateful I am to share this with you. This is a vulnerable share but I decided to share with you to help support those who may have loved ones who are preparing to return to the light. This is a beautifully deep and tender transmission that I received from my Arcturian kin. May these words support those in our community whose loved ones may have transitioned, or have loved ones who are preparing to return to the light.

It is a transmission that came through me in a moment of deep feeling as I sat with love, grief, and the question of what truly happens beyond this life. I have faith and deep knowing that we are eternal beings and yet there is a physical loss on the Earth plane. May these words gift you comfort as we are gently reminded in the most beautiful of ways that:
