Living Richardson

It has come to my attention that someone is impersonating me online, creating fake accounts, spreading misinformation, and even making racist comments in my name.

Let me be absolutely clear: I do not and have never engaged in racism or hate speech. Anyone who knows me and my work knows that I stand for inclusion, mental health advocacy, and supporting others.

If you see any suspicious content claiming to be me but spreading hate, please report and block it immediately. This is not just harassment, it’s defamation, and I am taking legal action.

I refuse to let a desperate attempt at harming my reputation distract me from the real work I’m doing. Thank you to those who have reached out in support, you know my character, and you know what I stand for.

Hate has no place here. ♥️

Living Richardson

Recently, I received a comment from a long-time follower who expressed feeling overwhelmed by the personal struggles I share here, including my mental health. They suggested I stop posting about these things and focus on how ‘wonderful’ my life looks from the outside.

While I understand that my content has changed over time and that not everyone will relate to it, I feel more compelled than ever to share openly and authentically about my journey. Life isn’t just about the highlight reels, and mental health is often one of the most invisible and misunderstood battles people face. I’m here to raise awareness and speak to those who may feel alone, misunderstood, or silenced in their struggles.

My platform has become a space for real conversations about mental health, trauma, and healing. It’s not always pretty, and it’s not always easy, but it’s real—and that’s what makes it important. I know some people come to social media to escape, and that’s okay. But I’m here for those who need a reminder that it’s okay to not be okay, and that healing isn’t linear.

I’ll continue to share my truth in the hopes that it helps even one person feel seen or less alone. If this content isn’t for you anymore, I completely understand, and I encourage you to engage with content that feels right for where you are in your journey. For those who stay, thank you for walking alongside me in this space of vulnerability, growth, and healing.

Let’s keep the conversation going—because together, we can break the stigma around mental health.
