Here is Tubular Chimes by Melanie Spanswick. This piece is featured in issue 146 of Pianist Magazine and I think it's a really clever use of syncopation. I have linked Chenyin Li's performance in the video description which is well worth a listen.
Hope you enjoy!! ☺️🎹

Here is my performance of J.S. Bach's Prelude in C Major at the 10th Anniversary of Let's Play Piano in Liverpool. This is the first piece I played at this meetup all the way back in January 2024 and was the first "big piece" I learned when I returned to playing so it's safe to say I have a bit of a soft spot for this piece.

I absolutely love these meetups, they've been absolutely vital in helping me overcome my performance anxiety and it's been great to meet up with like minded pianists on a regular basis.

Can't wait for the next one πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸŽΉ

Here is my performance of Chopin's Waltz in A minor, this was one of the pieces I'd wanted to learn when I got back into playing so it feels good to check this one off ☺️🎹

In bars 7 and and 47 I play a G7 chord in the left hand, however on the 3rd beat I don't change the B to a D. I only realised this in my piano lesson the other day!! 😩🀣

Hope you enjoy!! ☺️🎹
