A decade ago, I had a dream. To build something from scratch. And I did.

Today, at Shifting-Gears.com, we celebrate a huge milestone - our 10th anniversary.

This entrepreneurial journey has not been easy, but it was worth it. Each day teaching a new lesson & every few months a different challenge. But I take immense pride in having created a thriving business, and growing from a One Person Company to operating the brand with a lean, but super efficient team.

If you look around, only few of the multi-million dollar fund raising businesses make it through. But being bootstrapped since inception, we step into the new decade of operations with our heads high, and aim to remain steadfast - to create, to inspire and deliver exceptional value to our viewers & partners.

None of this would have been possible without the support of my family, the extraordinary team which currently works for Shifting-Gears.com and the loyal viewers who are our pillars of strength. Extending my heartfelt gratitude to our clients & partners for placing their trust in us. Who we are today, it is all thanks to each & every automotive brand present in the Indian market.

In the past decade, I have learnt a lot, forged plenty of business relationships, grown as a person & as a business owner and adapted with the fast moving automotive journalism industry.

A decade ago, I set out on this journey alone, with passion, vision & enthusiasm towards this fascinating world of cars, bikes & everything on wheels. With the team energised for the new opportunities that lie ahead of us in the coming decade, I am looking forward to many more milestones that we will achieve together.

A huge shoutout to each and every friend of mine, who has contributed in this success story. It couldn’t have been possible without our banter either.
