Sta. Lucia Land’s roots can be traced back to two siblings, Buenaventura Robles and his sister, Marcela Robles-Santos, who have started out as Buen-Mar Realty which then changed into Sta. Lucia Realty Development Inc. in 1972. Our current President, Exequiel Robles took the reins at age 19 and then expanded Sta. Lucia Realty with his visionary leadership as well as managing to catapult the company into having the biggest combined land area in terms of project and properties nationwide.

In 2007, Sta. Lucia Land Inc. is now recognized as a listing in the Philippine Stock Exchange headed by the Sta. Lucia Group.

With more than 40 years in the real estate game, Sta. Lucia Land is the largest real estate company in the Philippines in terms of combined land area. The clients of SLLI (Sta. Lucia Land Inc.) are families, overseas Filipino workers, foreign investors, retirees, young urban professionals, newlyweds, and so on.
