So selling on Reverb right now has become an absolute nightmare! I "sold" two guitars that the buyers simply just didn't pay for, that ties up your item so you can't relist it for 5 days from the time it's sold. One buyer canceled an order because they thought the pedal was something other than it was. Currently in a return dispute over an amp that the buyer says the reverb on it doesn't work even though the amp was brand new, and I only used it a few times in my studio and everything worked correctly on it when I shipped it out. Then someone who gave me 4 stars instead of 5 because they claimed the pedal I shipped them was "gross". I won't even go into detail the accusations they made about that. What a cluster.

UPDATE ON THE DONNER DST-100
I took the back plate off the Donner DST-100 to check on the tremolo springs. At first it looked like the two screws holding the trem claw in place were run in too far, so I backed them out, but it didn't matter. It's the springs! They are just really wound tight. Check them out next to the springs from a Firefly strat. I took one out and all is fine. The 6 screws holding the knife edge of the bridge down were set properly too. They just got some really tight springs. I could barely get them off to move them around.
