Chicken & Gnocci soup for dinner. My daughter sent me this recipe and I am so glad she did. So good!

This recipe is super easy. I use what I have on hand, and it always turns out great! Substituting/adding veggies and the half and half does not take away from this recipe. It’s always different and I never get sick of it. I’ve also substituted the gnocci for dumplings and it’s just as good.
I can’t follow a recipe to the T, it’s not in me. Recipes are a guideline. I highly recommend you try your version of it.
