Confidence = Consistent Success.

One of the things ive been going through is trying to make myself better. To develop into the man I wanna be. One piece of me i always wanted... was Confidence.

Problem is... I have adhd. Meaning. Success is undermined cause the neurons in your brain to enact shame is HIGH. So theres no development. I didnt know that for awhile. but now I do. Now that I know its just my body rather than an actual reality. I can heal now. This channel. Friends. My house. My job. I truly see that I have success. and I just undermined it cause "i should be a millionaire by now". its one of the reasons videoes aren't happening. I just think they are always shit. So i always go back to the drawing board.

its different now though. Im basically just saying... To have confidence is to have success. Consistently. Whether big or small. if you know you are good at something... you are gonna feel like you can do things even if they are new to ya. Im saying that now. Cause i know for the men in my audience... Noone nowadays usually tells you that. Either cause they don't know or simply don't care.

So do yourselves a favor. Look at what you are good at. Cause its in there. develop it. gain success. Do more new things. get better at it too. Cause that leaves you to be more confident in more aspects of life.

Me? I can edit vids. Cook. Make people laugh. And love to help people.

But I wanna make a card game. A video game. Have A girlfriend. But at least over time. Ill have confidence to actually pursue.

You want confidence? be good at something. and just keep getting good at things.

You are not good at things? Here's my advice.

Workout. and learn to Cook.

Once you notice your progress. Maybe you lost 15 pounds. Or you finally wanna make a meal rather than order take out... you'll notice that you actually can do it. and maybe you can do more things.
