I’m Todd Bangz — Filmmaker and father with a heart for the grieving parent who lost their creative spark after losing a child.
I went from standing on stages in front of 10's of thousands of people, to barely standing at all. So the videos I produce on this channel are made to hopefully inspire and equip the inner creator inside of you so you too can turn your pain into purpose, and the name of your loved one into a legacy for the world to respect.
I want you to know something: you are seen here. In a world that often moves on, we haven’t. And you don’t have to either, but we can create THROUGH it. This channel is a safe place to create, heal, and keep building — even in the aftermath.

This photo of this past weekend is DIGITAL GOLD to me! I had the opportunity to enjoy some quality time with my wife, daughter and grandson in Myrtle Beach this past Sunday. My niece and her family drove up on a much needed vacation and asked if we’d meet them there. It was such a relaxing time and very much needed for me. Something about the waves of the ocean heals my mind when I’m close to it. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Probably why the beach stayed full of people. There was even a family camped out “living room style “ on the beach until 2am. Very cool to see.

Plot twist: my most encouraging audience wasn’t even human.
I was out in the woods, wrestling with rapping my verse in public, feeling stuck and honestly, very defeated. Then I came across a group of deer and they just… listened. No judgment, no distractions—just quiet attention. Somehow, their presence gave me the confidence I needed to finish the verse.
It was a wild reminder that support and inspiration can show up where you least expect it. Sometimes, you just need someone (or something!) to listen—even if it’s not the audience you imagined.

CREATORS… Why did you stop CREATING???
What’s keeping you SILENT? What will it take for you to find your rhythm again? For me, I had to throw myself into an uncomfortable situation, press record and do it! As you can guess, NOTHING WENT RIGHT!
The original idea went completely out the window, but the satisfaction of knowing I gave it my absolute best was therapeutic. Resulting in this video 👉🏽

My babygirl @taleahmor is now 14 years old and just started high school 🥹. This past weekend we visited our home town where the local library there honored our daughter with beautiful painted murals commemorating her published book (at 5 years old) and story carnival initiative. They renovated the library but kept all 6 murals as a permanent mainstay for the city to enjoy.

Today... I did a thing! I'm working on NEW music and a new video! I faced my fears and went outside looking CRAZY as I recorded a rap verse about my son I've been sitting on for almost 2 YEARS! 😭. I rode my Segway as I recorded this song aloud in public. I've shared stages with Jay-Z, Snoop & Dre and many more and I can tell you, doing this in public was much scarier than standing in front of thousands of people rapping... but I DID IT! It almost broke me, but I DID IT! Can't wait for you to see the video.
