Just uploaded a new vlog. 🫶🏾 I’ve been doing them mainly for me to remind myself that even though this channel started out solely as a hair page, I’m more than my hair. I spent so long telling myself that no one cares about my content outside of hair that I’ve never actually stayed consistent when attempting to expand a bit and branch out. So here’s to being consistent regardless of the numbers and occasional thoughts of doubt.

Happy Sunday! After a lot of back and forth I decided to apply for the Sephora Squad. This is my third time applying and I didn’t want the fear of rejection to stop me from trying again.
I’ve always wanted to build community and inspire others to love the uniqueness of their hair and themselves as a whole. My journey has taken longer than expected when it comes to my aspirations. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel overlooked sometimes, but I feel similar about my mission as a human being as I did when I was a school teacher. If I’m able to inspire just one person, that means the world to me.
