Everyone talks about āglowing upā every January, but no one talks about how empty it feels when the outside changes and the inside doesnāt. This post is your reminder that the real glow up starts in your mind, your habits, your discipline, and your emotional strength. Thatās the part the internet doesnāt show, but itās the part that actually transforms your life.
If you want the full breakdown of the four glow up pillars and how to apply them this year, watch the full glow up video on my YouTube. Thatās where your real transformation begins. š

November was a wild one. I moved into a new apartment and tried to make it feel like home. On the career side, I started a new job in a more senior role, while still staying true to my RevOps path. Somehow, I also stayed on track with my mind and body challenge despite the moving chaos this month.
Exciting, a little nerve-wracking, but mostly filled with gratitude. Want to know why all these changes happened to me? Watch my full November update video on my YouTube channel.
After so many years, I believe building habits isnāt that complicated. The key is to design habits that fit naturally into my life and making them feel non-negotiable rather than a chore.
Small actions, repeated daily, eventually shape your identity, and thatās when they stick.
If you want to learn how to actually stop bad habits and build routines that last, I share all my insights in my latest YouTube video.
In the previous part of this reflection, I spent time looking at my mental and physical health.
This time, I sat down to reflect on my career.
Not in a pressure way.
More like an honest check in with myself.
I asked myself a few journal questions that helped me slow down and really see how this year went, and I want to share them with you in case you want to try them too.
What am I most proud of accomplishing in my career this year, big or small?
What obstacles did I face, and what did they teach me about myself and my work style?
Which moments at work brought me the most satisfaction, and which drained me?
What new skills, habits, or knowledge did I develop that I want to carry into next year?
There are only 18 days left until 2026.
Before we rush into new goals and resolutions, this is a really good time to reflect on 2025 and give yourself credit for how far youāve come.
Take your time with it.
Clarity always comes before direction.
Save this post if you want to come back to it later š¤

There's a funny thing we all do. The moment we're bored or waiting or just a little tired, our brain whispers one thing: check your phone. And suddenly you're deep into the scroll without even remembering how you got there. It's not even satisfying, it just eats time.
But imagine this instead.
You give yourself thirty minutes that actually lift you up.
Maybe it's a quick walk to shake off the mental fog.
Maybe it's reading a chapter of the book that's been sitting on your nightstand forever.
Maybe it's journaling out your thoughts so your mind feels lighter.
Maybe it's cooking something that makes you feel good.
Maybe it's moving your body just enough to remind yourself you're not a machine.
Thirty minutes isn't much. That's the point. It's tiny enough to ignore... but powerful enough to change your mood, your energy, your day.
Your time is going somewhere either way.
You get to choose whether it drains you or nourishes you.
So next time those thirty minutes appear out of nowhere, what kind of moment will you turn them into?
My New Yearās resolutions have never been perfect ā theyāve always come with twists and turns, just like life itself. But Iāve learned that the one who fails often⦠learns the best lessons (and year itās me).
Thatās why Iām starting a new YouTube series called āNew Year Resolution Masterclass.ā Itās all about preparing with the right mindset, clarity, and systems so we can step into the new year feeling grounded and ready.

If I could sit across from my January 2025 self, I donāt think Iād give her advice.
Iād just let her breathe for a moment.
She was trying so hard to plan the year.
To control the outcome.
To make sure she didnāt fall behind.
What she didnāt know yet was that this year wouldnāt change her loudly.
It would change her quietly through small decisions, uncomfortable pauses, and moments she almost overlooked.
There would be days she felt behind.
Days she questioned her direction.
Days she wondered if all the effort was worth it.
And still⦠she would keep going.
This year didnāt make life perfect.
It made her more grounded.
More honest about what matters.
More at peace with choosing herself, even when it felt scary.
So if youāre reading this at the start of something: a new year, a new chapter, a new version of you
Trust this:
You donāt need to have it all figured out.
You just need to stay open.
Because one day, youāll look back and realize
you grew more than you ever planned to.
And that will be enough.

I used to overcomplicate new year planning.
A million steps, too many goals, and always feeling like I was running out of time.
This year, Iām learning how to build things I can actually sustain.
And that starts with the art of simplicity.
The planner and tracker Iām using for 2026 is much simpler.
Not because Iām less serious about my goals, but because I know the easier the system, the easier it is to stay consistent.
It has exactly what I need to track my goals, without unnecessary steps or overwhelm.
If you want the Notion template Iām using to plan my 2026, comment ā2026ā and Iāll send it to you for free š¤
Happy New Year!
