At the 5th Khelo India University Games Rajasthan 2025 🇮🇳, IISM proudly serves as the Official Knowledge Partner, with IISM students playing a crucial role in working for one of India’s largest university sports events. 🏆

From GTCC and University Coordination to Volunteer Management, Sports Presentation, Spectator Experience ✨, Venue Operations, Branding & Overlays, TSR, Sports Kits, and Accreditation, IISM Sports Management students are handling real responsibilities alongside industry professionals.

In collaboration with the Sports Authority of India (SAI), the Rajasthan State Sports Council, and DD Sports, over 50 IISM students are deployed across seven cities: Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Bharatpur, and Kota. 📍

IISM's students got the privilege of working in the G.O.A.T India Tour event as football's royalty & 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 𝐅𝐈𝐅𝐀 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢 🇦🇷 arrived at the 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦 in Mumbai 🏟️.

Our young & dynamic Sports Management professionals were proactively involved in handling stadium operations, as part of TCM Platform's team.

On the learning front, working to do crowd management at such a large scale event was a golden opportunity ✨ for our students. Such valuable exposure will go a long way in their journey to becoming leading sports events managers.

They would've also felt thrilled to breathe the same air as Lionel Messi 😍 and we hope they get plenty more such opportunities in the future! ✅

Another milestone in the journey of IISM students 🎓 to become industry-ready sports professionals!

They recently volunteered at The Great Inflate Run 2025 - India’s first inflatable obstacle course run 🏃‍♂️, where fitness meets pure fun.

From crowd management to logistics coordination and on-ground operations, they ensured the 5km experience flowed as smoothly as the inflatable course itself.

“The joy on participants’ faces, from adults reliving childhood memories to first-timers conquering obstacles, made it even more meaningful,” shared Shriraj Kadam and Arjun Admuthe (Sports Management students at IISM).

Experiences like these build confidence, sharpen professional skills, and show how sports can bring people together through inspiration, teamwork, and play.

Behind every cheer and roar 📣, there are IISM students, as we believe real-world exposure makes the real difference.

Recently, our students volunteered at the Willingdon Indian Racketlon Open 🎾, organized by Willingdon Sports Club, helping with operations, logistics, and hospitality to make the tournament spectacular. 🏆

From managing match schedules to assisting athletes and coordinating on-ground activities, they experienced firsthand what it takes to run a high-profile sports event.

“I really enjoyed this role as it made me learn how real sports operations work. I am very grateful to IISM- International Institute of Sports Management for providing me this opportunity to experience such a world-class event,” expressed Yash Sanap, who volunteered in the event. 😊

Analoy Majumder added, “I had the opportunity to interact with players, observe their professionalism, and build meaningful connections. Overall, the event taught me how major tournaments run and helped me build confidence and strong connections in the sports field.

This hands-on opportunity gave them practical skills, a deeper understanding of tournament logistics, and valuable industry connections, paving the way for a bright future.
