I have recently decided to rebrand and change my channel name from MUSIC BITES to ACRYLIC SOUND. This change is for a few reasons.

Firstly, SEO! When you search Music Bites, my channel does not come up quickly. Therefore, I feel like a name change to something more indivualistic would help for my content to be more searchable, with the goal of growing this community.

Second, I feel like the name Acrylic Sound, along with the visual rebrand, goes along a lot better with my personality. It just feels more authentic to me. And as a result, I hope this rebrand will allow the girl behind the videos to shine through more.

Lastly, when considering a new name for this channel, I knew that I always liked the word Acrylic, and when I thought how it could apply to my channel and music itself, I thought the name seemed to fit really well.

Acrylic has a wide variety of uses. On this channel, I have always talked about a wide variety of music, not letting genre keep my content in a box.

Acrylic is very resistant to impact and shattering, unlike glass. This relates to music in the way a good song or album is able to stand the test of time. And also, I truly believe music is an art form that will never die.

Acrylic is originally clear, like how music can be transparent. But, like how music can change with production and performance, acrylic is a versatile material; it can be transformed and presented in so many different ways, just like music.

Acrylic can be easily shaped and molded into a new form, just like how music can be remixed or songs can be sampled to create something completely new.

Therefore, this channel will be called ACRYLIC SOUND. I hope you decide to keep watching my videos with this change. I feel like it will mark a new era in not just a channel name and aesthetic, but content in general. I’m sorry if this change caused any confusion, but hopefully this post helped.

Can we just talk about music and have fun? everyone is so angry lately and nothing is really that serious. I don't mind people disagreeing or whatever but the amount of just mean shit i've had to delete recently is making running this channel very unfun. Voice your opinions all you want, but take your toxicity elsewhere.
