100% a wild card, very crazy and is the drummer for an Inkopolis rock band! In my canon, she’s Prinz’s best friend. ;D

“NOOOOOOO!!!!!”

…wait, “no?”

It was a lovely day at Inkopolis Square. Inklings, octolings, and jellyfish were simply enjoying the beautiful weather, whether it be by battling, grabbing a snack, or just hanging out. However, all that was shattered by the holler. What could possibly go wrong on a day like this?

Aloha practically skyrocketed into the square (while carefully maneuvering around the S4, of course) and crashed into one of Crusty Sean’s tables, panting. The rest of Team Pink, who happened to be in the middle of their breakfast, gaped at their team leader.
“Uh… good morning..?”
“Are you okay, Aloha??”
 “CODE RED!” Aloha hissed.
Snorkel gasped and jumped up from the table. “Code Red?? Wait… what’s code red again?”
“Just come to my house. We have to talk!” Aloha dragged Snorkel along with him, waving nervously as everyone at the Square stared at them. “Heheh…EVERYTHING’S ALL RIGHT, PEOPLE! Nothing to see here! You can go back to what you’re doing! Too-da-loo!”
Mask glowered. “Nothing’s all right with weirdos like Aloha running around the place,” he muttered, going back to his phone game. “Actually, everyone’s weird.”
“HEY! We’re right here!” protested Army.
 
Meanwhile, Aloha and Snorkel arrived at Aloha’s house at top speed. The frazzled Aloha locked the door (which he never did, because he wanted people to come to his house to party whenever they wanted) and yanked down the blinds, then flopped onto his couch dramatically.
“Oh, Snorkel! What am I gonna do??”
“Well, what’s wrong?” asked Snorkel in a panic. “You haven’t told me anything yet!”
Aloha pulled his phone out of his pocket, typed something in, then held it out for his friend to see. Snorkel squinted at it, trying to decipher the mystery.
“Uh… all I see is our battle stats. Am I missing something..?”
“Snorkel,” moaned Aloha, “Look at our rank.”

Right there next to his team’s names, where the letter “S+” was supposed to be, there was instead a big, shiny X.

“Wait, what? I still don’t get it. How did we…?” Snorkel mumbled in confusion.
“Dude, we’re X rankers now!” Aloha said, jumping up and pacing around the living room. “Remember how we had a winning streak on Ranked yesterday? We must’ve gotten carried away during our battles and accidentally ranked up!”
“Oh. Wait, for real??” Snorkel became excited. “We’re X rankers now??? That’s AWESOME!!! WE SHOULD PARTY!!!”
“Normally I’d agree,” Aloha groaned, “but do you know what this means?”
“What?”
Aloha took a deep breath, his lip trembling. “We’re not part of the S4 anymore!” He started pacing around even faster. “If I’m not in the S4, then that makes them… the S3! AUGHHH!! And I know they’re gonna replace me- probably with Rider, you know that he’s always been jealous of us. I can’t let them do that, Snorkel! That’d be so embarrassing and Rider would rub it in my face and we’d have to battle X-Blood all the time and all my fans will l-l-leaveeeee!”
“NOOOOO!”
Snorkel joined Aloha and the two cried together for a few heartbreaking moments. After a while, Aloha sniffled and straightened his hat, trying to sound more cheerful for his second-in-command’s sake.
“Well, I guess it could be worse,” he said hopefully. “Anybody could’ve become an X-Ranker, right? But they didn’t. We did!”
Snorkel sat up. “Yeah… I guess that’s true. Maybe we just won’t tell anybody?”
“Yep!” Aloha waltzed around the house and flung open the windows, now completely confident. “Ahhh. Do ya feel that fresh breeze? We totally got this, Snorkel- let’s just pretend nothing happened, don’t do any Ranked battles for now, grab a drink at Crusty Sean’s, and nobody will ever, ever- AIYEEEEEEE!”
“Why, hello.” Sunlight glinted off of Mask’s lenses as he slouched against Aloha’s front porch. “You scream like a kid, by the way.”
“MASK?? W-what’re you doing here?” A few sweat beads appeared on Aloha’s forehead. *Shoot! How much did he hear???*
He decided to play it cool and grinned at Mask. “Oh, I know. You came here ‘cause you wanted to PARTY! Snorkel, grab the speaker and let’s crank up the mus-“
“GAH! No music!” Mask clamped his hands over Aloha’s mouth. “Listen. I overheard what you losers were talking about. I wasn’t eavesdropping, of course - I merely happened to be in the area.”
“MASK! You have to keep it a secret! I’m begging you,” Aloha pleaded, falling to his knees. “Think about the chaos that will follow! RIDER WOULD BE IN THE S4 WITH YOU!”
Mask scoffed. “I’d rather drop out. But, as much as I enjoy seeing you two as miserable as I am, I can’t help but wonder if you REALLY want me to keep this a secret… for a fee, of course.”
“Here! Take it! Take it all!” Aloha emptied his pockets in a frenzy and dumped his life’s savings at Mask’s feet. “It’s all yours, buddy. Take it and promise you won’t tell anyone.”
Mask’s eyes bulged as he thought of all the video games he could buy with all that money. “Well…”
“Promise!” Snorkel begged.
“All right, fine. I promise,” Mask said. His eyes glinted underneath his mask, and he smiled innocently.

Eeee I’m super excited!!! Before I get started, I just wanna give a quick overview:


- Most of these are just gonna be silly one-shots cuz I like silliness (and will usually be based off of roleplays I do with my siblings) ;D

- All fanfics will be 100% clean. (If for some reason it’s not, I WILL specifically say otherwise!!!)

- If I do any kind of ship, they’ll be boy/girl ships just so everyone is 100% comfortable. Thx for understanding! :3

- I’m open to ideas or suggestions (it depends on the amount of schoolwork I have so I can’t guarantee I’ll get them done soon 😅)

-NOTE: I’ve never posted fanfics before, so if I’m doing it wrong or if you have better suggestions then PLEASE let me know XD

*deep breath* I introduce to you… my OC, Kamabo!

Lore:
(FYI: I honestly don’t know if this fits in with the Splatoon canon, but this is how I designed this dude. In me and my sis’s roleplay, we mostly based it off coroika rather than regular Splatoon! :D)
(I’ve had Kamabo for about a year, and he’s definitely my favorite OC hehe 🥹)

Kamabo (named after the company, not vice versa) was an octoling living underground, and because he had a knack for coding and hacking (and all techy stuff in general) he was promoted and was able to work very closely with the higher-ups of the octolings, including their leader, the Telephone.
Soon after Commander Tartar was destroyed, one of Kamabo’s own projects ended up backfiring against him- because he was the one who best understood how the Telephone worked, he was chosen to be its successor…

I don’t want to completely spoil it cuz I wanna do a fanfic of the story hehe :3

Long story short, Kamabo was pretty traumatized from all that, and he could never really get rid of the sludge.
Despite all that, he’s a very softspoken and kindhearted guy (very shy too) and he ended up moving to Inkopolis Square and getting caught up in all its… weirdness… 😂

Also, Kamabo doesn’t like Rider or Army because his girlfriend, Nova, always seems to be flirting with them (in reality she mostly tries to bug them cuz she thinks they’re funny lol)

Welp, that’s all I can think of for now, I hope you guys like him! ;3

Hey uh so I just finished watching Sonic Prime…
🚨WARNING: SERIOUS RANT INCOMING 🚨

WTH!!! IT WAS SO FREAKIN’ GOOD!!! I love how there were so many versions of the characters everyone’s so familiar with, with some even as bad guys.
AND TAILS, my beautiful boi Tails, WAS THE SUPERVILLAIN, like WHAT??? Nine had such a beautiful villain arc and you better believe I loved every second of it. I also LOVED the pirates, how did Sega know I’ve always wanted to see Knuckles as a pirate captain with an accent and everything??? 😭😭
UGHHHH it was literally everything I wanted in a Sonic show and more. It was too short though, I want moreeee
Imma keep thinking about it and will ABSOLUTELY do some more fanart now that I’ve finished the show!!!

Ok, I’m done now LOL (you guys are lucky cuz my siblings are gonna hear a lot more from me XD)
(btw I don’t have Netflix so I had to watch the YouTube version, which is why I barely just finished the series)
