Who was the bigger star in the 90s Bret Hart or Shawn Michaels?
During this period Shawn both had the highest rating at 4.4 while also having the lowest rating at 1.8. While Bret has never had a rating above 3.6 (Shawn has had 7 above) he has also never had a rating below 2.2 (Shawn has had 6 ratings below this). Shawn was also the WWF champion a majority of time while WCW dominated wrestling winning the ratings war 83 weeks in a row. So while Shawn had the higher ratings of the two, he also had by far the lowest ratings, while Bret was much more consistent always having ratings around the 2 or 3 mark.
Personally for me it is a tie between the two of them.

Jimmy vs Jey Uso was a waste of a Mania match.
For months WWE has made Jimmy just Roman's lackey, not given him any big moments or anything to show that he could actually be a threat to Jey.
While they built Jey up and even gave him another title win.
The only way this match could've been justified was if Jimmy won, but now it was just a waste of time for everyone involved.
