🎉 Closing Day! 🏡
So excited for these amazing first-time homebuyers who just picked up the keys to their beautiful new home today!
Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping a lot of people buy and sell — but these two were truly some of the kindest and most organized clients I’ve ever worked with. It made the entire process a joy from start to finish.
A huge shoutout to my friend Shane for the referral 🙌 Referrals like this are such a big part of my business, and I’m incredibly grateful every time someone trusts me to help their friends or family.
And thank you to Michelle Cosner for being great to work with on the listing side — smooth communication makes all the difference!
Here’s to new beginnings, backyard BBQs, and making memories that last a lifetime. 🥂🔑

🏡 May 2025 Central Ohio Housing Update 🏡
Central Ohio’s housing market is balancing out with more options for buyers. Inventory climbed to 4,828 homes, a 10% jump from April and 36% more than last year.
While sales stayed nearly flat, with 2,835 closings (just 0.1% below May 2024), buyer activity remains steady.
Homes are sitting on the market for an average of 28 days, which is a bit longer than last year but still quick by historical standards.
The median sale price in our area rose to $335,500, up 1.7% year over year, and homes are generally selling at asking price.
Mortgage rates are hovering around 7%, which continues to affect both buyers and sellers’ decisions.
If you’re looking to make a move this summer, it’s still a great time — especially with more inventory hitting the market each week!
Columbus proper and the Columbus City School District accounted for half of all closings in the region in May (1,407 homes sold).
Let’s connect if you’re thinking about buying or selling this year!
