Northern Mozambique is reeling from a series of arson attacks by Islamic extremists. Our local partners report that extremists set fire to St. Louis de Montfort Church and the kindergarten managed by the church. A nearby school was also set on fire.

Since the insurgency began, a million Mozambicans have been displaced and thousands killed. Due to insecurity in the area, our local partners are unable to provide affected believers with prayer and presence ministry. They ask for your prayers.

· Pray that the St. Louis de Montfort Church congregation and church leaders will remain strong in their faith.
· Pray for the perpetrators to be apprehended.
· Pray for Islamic extremists in the area to meet Jesus.
· Pray that communities in Mozambique will have better job opportunities and a stronger economic situation.

THE BIGGEST ENEMY IS NOT THE DEVIL—IT IS YOUR FLESH.

Many believers spend their lives rebuking demons while feeding the very desires that keep them in bondage. The greatest battles are often not fought around us but within us. Lust, pride, anger, greed, jealousy, and selfish desires are enemies that rise from the flesh and wage war against the Spirit.

That is why Galatians 5:16 says, "Walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desires of the flesh."

Victory does not come from willpower alone. It comes from daily surrender to God. When you fill your life with His Word, spend time in prayer, worship Him sincerely, and practice fasting, the flesh becomes weaker and the Spirit becomes stronger.

The flesh says, "Do what feels good."
The Spirit says, "Do what pleases God."

Every day you choose which voice you will follow.

Do not feed the dragon that is trying to destroy your soul. Feed your spirit with God's presence. The battle may be fierce, but through Christ you have the power to overcome.

The strongest Christian is not the one who never faces temptation, but the one who continually chooses obedience over desire and God's will over the cravings of the flesh.

🔥 Starve the flesh.
📖 Read the Word.
🙏 Pray without ceasing.
🎵 Worship wholeheartedly.
⏳ Fast with purpose.

Walk by the Spirit, and the flesh will lose its power over your life.

Everyone is silently fighting a battle no one else can see. 💔
During the day, they smile 😃, laugh 😀, talk normally, and pretend everything is okay… but deep inside, they are carrying pain, fear, stress, heartbreak, and struggles too heavy to explain. 🥺

Sometimes the loudest cries are never spoken.
They are hidden in the quiet nights… when tears 😢 slowly fall onto the pillow, and the heart feels tired from holding everything in for too long.
People may never understand what you are going through, but God sees every hidden wound, every sleepless night, every silent prayer, and every tear that falls in darkness. 🙏🤍

Anutu gives, and Anutu takes.
So even in pain, disappointment, sickness, loss, or confusion — still choose to be thankful 🙌 because God never abandons His people.
