For 38 years, I carried five "incurable" diagnoses—including MS, bipolar, migraines, and psoriatic arthritis. I tried every protocol imaginable. I recovered only when I stopped treating my frantic mind as the source of truth and stepped out of the way.

As Frank famously put it:

Which felt about right. This is challenging.

The mind looks at the totality of your situation — every symptom, every failed treatment, every morning that felt like confirmation — and picks up its bullhorn.

This is impossible. Look at everything going wrong.

And it will provide the evidence.

Here's what nobody taught me.

Abundance is my natural state.
