I recently received an incredible Health Request: "Perfect Health." Inspired by this, I crafted a 20-minute Health Oasis session specifically centered around this intention. The experience was truly magical, and I carried this energy into the other healing requests I worked on this morning.

During the session, I had the presence of angels and healers, but I was guided not to delve into too much detail about their activities. The reasoning behind this is simple: focusing on what's wrong can anchor us to a non-preferred timeline.

Our minds tend to fixate on the negatives, but remember—focusing on “what’s wrong” only keeps it in place. Instead, let’s direct our energy towards the desired outcome and trust that Spirit-Soul will handle the rest. Our role is to stay aware, maintain a positive attitude, and take inspired action when it arises.

If everyday feels like Groundhog Day, a repeating nightmare. You can clear your mind, and select a new reality.

My Groundhog Day lasted for nearly 40 years, lots of diseases and disability. I cleared my mind, and then I knew my health challenges were over. I'm in very good health today and my doctor's couldn't explain my recovery. Well, except for Dr. Gabor Maté, talked to him at a spiritual conference and he knew what I did.

My next spiritual phase of evolution is being a healing medium and helping individuals step into a new reality. In a few weeks, my next event. Clear your mind. Step into Health.

When life is going the wrong direction, pause and bring yourself fully into this moment. This stops the momentum of head trash. Also, don't fall into the head trash trap of "common sense," and seek out a logical solution. When you are fully here now then do what feels right, your instincts, your gut reaction, these are nudges coming from your Spirit Soul. Take action from your inner wisdom, not the logical mind.
