If you can't buy it, Build it! Follow along on our first project of putting together the World's First Ford 6.8L V10 40 Valve. Ford teased a 4V head V10 that never made it to production. We are putting together the closest thing we can to that DOHC V10. There will be a lot of designing, fabricating, and just plain ole guessing as we work through these uncharted areas. But, as we encounter hurdles and mess ups (there will be plenty), we will do what we need to to get around them with what we have at our disposal. Let's do this!

3D Printed Stainless Steel Collectors and Head Flanges going on the 40V V10 Lincoln Continental! 🤤🔥
We wanted to take full advantage of the 3D printing process so we designed the collectors with a cool spiral effect, and integrated V band flanges. We also designed the head flanges to have seamless transition from oval to circle.
The headers are going to look SO sick!
