I started this journey not long after my multiple sclerosis diagnosis, where I developed extreme tinnitus and some other pretty severe disease. I had no idea how to make a YouTube channel or edit videos but the process helped my comorbidities in more ways than one. I also work in a cancer hospital, and that can be pretty heavy as well.

So I create these videos to bring comfort and calm for myself and to others who need it too. I really don’t have the much more in the tank come the weeks end so I try to stay away from comments and focus on the content.
