DID YOU KNOW? (Epson Printer Tech Series)Alam niyo ba na ang bawat Epson Printhead ay may sarili nitong "Identity" o Unique Hardware / Head ID na nakadikit mismo sa mismong katawan nito (kasama ang QR code o alphanumeric string)? 🧐
🖨️Hindi lang ito ordinaryong sticker o serial number para sa pabrika, mga bossing! Ito ay naglalaman ng mga critical technical parameters at factory calibration data (tulad ng boltahe at katangian ng pagbuga ng bawat nozzle) na ginagamit ng motherboard para i-fine-tune ang performance ng printhead.
🛠️ Bakit mahalaga malaman ito?Kung sakaling nagpalit kayo ng bagong printhead at nakaligtaan ninyong i-input o i-update ang Head ID sa pamamagitan ng Epson Adjustment Program (Reseter), posibleng makaranas kayo ng mga sumusunod:Color Misalignment at Blurring – Sabog o hindi align ang mga linya at kulay. Vertical Banding – Parang may mga guhit o hindi pantay ang bagsak ng tinta.Mabilis na pagkasira – Dahil hindi sakto ang electrical driving parameters para sa partikular na head na nakakabit.
