Welcome to WeGotThis Therapy! My name is Alesha Johnson-Esume. I am a licensed Canadian certified Counsellor based in Edmonton, Alberta. I started this channel due to the fact that mental health concerns have become one of the most trending topics in our society. Therefore, as a professional in this field. I would like to give back by bringing awareness to how you can sustain a good mental health, WHILE overcoming challenges. Each video will dive into tips, addressing general concerns, plus answer pressing questions on various mental health diagnoses and disorders that many are suffering from, which is therapy within itself without YOU having to travel.
