Hey everyone

This is honestly one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to say. I’ve decided to step away from live streaming every day. Streaming has been such a huge part of my life, and it’s where I’ve laughed, shared, and connected with so many of you. It’s given me some of the happiest memories of my life, but it’s also started to take a toll on my mental health and my energy. The long hours, the pressure to always be “on,” and trying to keep up with everything has been exhausting, and I need to take a step back for my own well-being

This decision is heart breaking because streaming every day has been a part of who I am. It’s where I’ve shared so many moments with you, and the thought of not being there every day feels strange and sad. But I want to keep creating and keep connecting with all of you in ways that are sustainable for me and still special for you

Even though I won’t be live every day, I’m not going anywhere. I’ll still be posting daily videos and shorts so we can keep sharing this journey together. I’ll also be doing special Fortnite streams every two weeks, lasting around six hours, and streaming all major Fortnite events and new seasons, so we can experience the excitement live. On the weeks when there isn’t a Fortnite Friday, I will be live on Saturdays for a minimum of two hours, so we still have a place to hang out, chat, and have fun together

It’s hard to step back from something that’s meant so much to me, but I hope you’ll understand. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this community, for supporting me through the laughs, the challenges, and everything in between. You’ve made this journey unforgettable, and I can’t wait to see what the future brings for Waffles Plays and for all of us together

🎢 I do love Merlin and they do invest in new rides and experiences, and that’s amazing. But honestly, I’m kinda glad they don’t overhaul everything too heavily… because it means we still have Stealth at Thorpe Park.

This year, Stealth turns 20 years old — blasting you from 0 to 80 mph in just 1.8 seconds and soaring 205 ft (62 m) into the sky. Two decades of heart-stopping launches, unforgettable airtime, and pure adrenaline that still gives me chills every time. 😭💥

I really hope this legend stays forever, because some rides are just untouchable. But with it hitting the 20-year mark, how long do you think it really has left? I can’t imagine Thorpe Park without that insane launch!

To keep streams fun and safe, the following system is enforced consistently.

🟡 Level 1 — Warning

First offence

Mild rule breaking

Oversharing / off-topic chat

Action: Verbal or bot warning.

🟠 Level 2 — Short Timeout (5–10 minutes)

Ignoring a warning

Repeating off-topic or disruptive behaviour

Drama or attention-seeking

Action: Timeout applied.

🔴 Level 3 — Long Timeout (30–60 minutes)

Continued behaviour after timeouts

Personal crises / trauma dumping

Disrupting the stream repeatedly

Action: Long timeout. No discussion.

⚫ Level 4 — Hidden from Channel

Ongoing issues across multiple streams

Ignoring boundaries long-term

Emotional dependency behaviour

Action: User is hidden from the channel.

🚫 Level 5 — Ban

Self-harm threats or manipulation

Harassment

Refusal to stop after previous steps

Action: Permanent ban.

Mods are held to a higher standard

Punishments are not debated in chat

Being a long-time viewer does not give exceptions

Why these rules exist:
I’ve put this system in place to protect both the community and myself. I enjoy streaming, but I also have my own life and things I’m dealing with, and I’m not able to support personal crises through live chat. A few people have reached out to me about situations like this, and after thinking carefully, I realised clear boundaries are needed to keep streams positive, fair, and safe for everyone. This helps prevent burnout and allows me to continue creating content I enjoy. Thank you for understanding and respecting these boundaries.
