As many of you know, I’m going to start focusing more on long form videos here on YouTube, and I’m really excited about this new season. I want these videos to feel more personal, cozy, and like we’re simply spending time together. ☕️💕

✨ Ground Beef Crepes with Brie and White Sauce

Many of you asked for the recipe from today’s video, so here it is! It’s a simple Brazilian style crepes filled with ground beef and brie cheese, topped with a creamy white sauce.

Crepes Batter
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch of pepper

Blend everything until smooth. Lightly oil a pan and cook thin crepes one at a time. Set aside.

Ground Beef Filling (carne assada style)
• 1 lb ground beef
• salt and pepper to taste

Heat a pan very hot, add a little oil, and add the ground beef right away. Let it cook and brown well so it gets that slightly roasted carne assada style flavor. Season with salt and pepper.

White Sauce
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups milk
• salt to taste
• pinch of nutmeg (optional — I didn’t use it in this recipe)

Melt the butter, add the flour, and stir for about 1 minute. Slowly whisk in the milk until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.

Assembly
Add the ground beef and pieces of brie cheese inside each panqueca, roll them, place in a baking dish, and pour the white sauce on top.

Bake at 350°F for about 15–20 minutes until warm and creamy.

So comforting and delicious 🤍

I would absolutely love to receive your cute letters, little notes, prayers, or even just a few kind words. It truly means more to me than you know. This community we’re building together feels so special and I want to keep it personal, cozy, and real.

If you’d like, you can also include video ideas, Q&A questions, or topics you’d love to see for my upcoming long form videos. I want to be very honest with you, long form is completely new to me. I’m a little nervous, I don’t have it all figured out, and I’m learning as I go. I truly need your help, your ideas, and your guidance, and I hope we can figure it out together!
