As we become older, our kids leave the house and life settles into a rhythm we end up asking ourselves "what's next?". So much of our life has been spent working toward big milestones that when we finally hit them we can feel "meh...".

These are my hips, one new and one a bit older. In both cases I was scared and unsure how things would turn out. Today I am grateful I have them. They are better than the old hips and support everything I do from downhill skiing to squatting heavy weights. It's OK to be scared about things but sometimes new things can turn out better than the old things they replace.
