a bit close to 3 months i permanently retire competitive speedrunning! there is so much i wanna do and so little time! my main reason for leaving the hobby is for my health I wanna have more of a reason to get outside more and take more walks. i'll still do my Crush stuff and a few other goodies but i will no longer submit to SRC as of January 27th of 2026.

it's why i've been banging out all my speedrun content and pushing it out as frequently. i've met some real good friends and some fake friends that want nothing to do with me over time and i've learned a lot since starting in 2013 doing races on SRL.

I honestly dislike a lot of the bug people in the speedrunning scene hyperfixing on a certain perspective on how things should be. a lot of the cool speedrunners either left like forstride, Dmac, Fasch, Beefwellington, Rolf, Wavelength, and a few big names got either outted during the whole 2020 X(twitter) big bang attack!

covid19 hysteria really destroyed the soul and made most everyone's soul plastic and the people that are big now are either souls made of plastic or already have established groups and have their own circles.
the hysteria really ruined whatever substance was left of the speedrunning scene not just the speedrunning scene many other communities as well.

social media has become a bunch of people who are completely fake and soulless plastic bug people who virtue signal and validation seek.

with all that being said THAT DOESN'T mean there is no one left. there are a few groups that have soul and a bit of life left. and i'm happy to be a part of those groups.

anyway with all that being said after my last few competitive speedruns i do I'm actually i appreciate all the people I've met through speedrunning and all the people that despise me and are either blocked me or an empty subscriber

Welp good news! The low crushes speedrun route showcase thing will be put together keep in mind THIS WILL NOT BE A REAL RUN! This is mainly showcasing a route that could be done in the lowest crushes possible. The showcase will be put together and streamed both on Twitch and YouTube. I'll be going over important levels that are relevant to a low crush any% speedrun.


This will be ready by 09/30/2025.

I'm also working on a low crush any% showcase though most of it is nearly finished already just gonna figure out the commentary for it or if any one of the crush heads want to react while they are in call. They haven't seen every level and i want to note that there's one level I'm working on and that's locked in space. And I can pretty much show off the run that level is HARD with doing those edge boosts 3 different times in a row without dying so it might be a while
