🚨 Shebeshxt Court Drama as Judge Questions AI Use
POLOKWANE — Shebeshxt’s bail appeal has been postponed after the Limpopo High Court raised concerns over the alleged use of AI-generated information in court documents.
The artist, real name Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke, appeared in court on Wednesday as he continues fighting for release in his attempted murder case involving 20 charges.
His legal team presented new facts and urgent medical concerns, while also arguing that the previous bail ruling was biased.
However, Judge Pillay questioned the credibility of some supplementary submissions, leading to the matter being postponed to 12 June 2026.
Shebeshxt remains behind bars, with no bail granted.
