I've tried a few different Laksas over the past few years - Curry Laksa, Asam Laksa - but I think my favourite has to be the Johor Laksa! It uniquely uses spaghetti instead of traditional rice noodles, with a rich and thick curry-like gravy made from coconut milk infused with fragrant ground fish and aromatic spices. Have you tried it? I am craving it so badly right now in London 🤤
